The location of the hotel is good. It's only 3 stops by metro from the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were equipped very well and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was also good had a variety of things to choose from.
When we got to the hotel the room was supposed to be ready at 15. We got there at like 13 so they kindly offered to drop our bags their and we could go around the city and come back later for check in. We came back at 17 and checked in. When we got to our room the cleaners were still there and the room wasn't ready. We went downstairs and they told us we had to wait 20 more minutes for it to be ready. The reception kindly offered us a complentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience which we appreaciated. The other thing is that the room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom and the floor was not that clean. The mugs that were left there for coffee/tea were also not that clean. And that's why i give them a 7 and not an 8.

Room was very big and offered all the necessary for a comfortable stay.
Hotel staff was very polite.
It was less than 5 minutes walking from underground station and a nice street with very good specialty coffee.
The neighbourhood was calm, safe, in front of the hotel there is a supermarket.

A new and stylish hotel, not far from the city center.
It’s not very easy to walk to the city center, but there is a metro station just a 7-minute walk away.

We loved our stay! Nice room, comfortable beds, warm room, good shower, good food, and fantastic helpful staff. Close to bus stop and underground, and supermarkets. My daughter is currently in a wheelchair and everything was easily accessible.

Everything was perfect, especially staff is very polite and professinal including nice people liek Michaelle, Daria, Anett, and Zhanett.
There is no HALAL meat there in the breakfast menu.
