The bathroom has no hot water in the middle of winter I tried contacting the hotel for brush and toothpaste but they dis not answer The air conditioner was locked I was not able to adjust the temperature

Room lighting was good
No one to help with our bags, one bottle of water was provided for our whole stay. When I asked the receptionist for another one he replied to drink from tap water as it is safe. My point is if the tap water is safe then why provide any bottle in the room, secondly, I am a traveler and I want to be careful in what I eat and drink, Furthermore, I don't want to go to the bathroom to drink water from there. The location was very far from the major attractions. The restaurant at the hotel was very expensive and there were no restaurants close by. Their main lobby had a water leak from the ceiling and was not fixed. Not suitable for families or for leisure travelers. I stayed there due to the brand, but it failed me.

Location, interior, super safe and quiet place. Pillows and mattresses were cozy and as soon ass I recall the sleeping experience was surprisingly recovering. Staff is very polite and welcoming.
Laundry is a bit pricy, but didn’t had a need to order that kind of service anyway.

The room was great. The location super--it's near the Prater and I made a work trip that was located at the Austria Conference center so it was very close. The breakfast was wonderful, great coffee. All facilities in the room were so great--the TV, the coffee and tea kettle. They even provide a bottle of water complementary and refill it everyday after room service. The bathroom is also nice and spacious. I would recommend this hotel!
