Location very premium - actual center for every place in Vienna - most of the places are at walkable distance. Hotel is perfect for tourists, smooth checkin, stored luggage post check out for full day travel. Rooms are compact but serves the purpose.

Excellent location in front of a piazzetta and quite area whilst only 2 minute walk away from St Stephen's Cathedral and heart of Vienna! All staff were very helpful, especially Elena to whom we are really thankful. Breakfast was also great! Room.was very spacious. Highly recommended hotel.

The staff was nice and the location is great. Breakfast was good too.
I simply couldn't sleep due to heat in the rooms. The AC don't work, they lock to a static temparature that was too hot, it was very uncomfortable. If they want to save on electricity bill, at least give me the option to pay for a room that has actual AC, I would gladly pay to have a good night sleep, but they mislead you and you don't have a choice, you're just stuck overpaying for a super hot room with a rigid bed. I had headaches due lack of sleep which ruined my trip.

The support staff were helpful and kind, unlike the reception, where they were not interested in fulfilling our reservation requirement of two separate beds, they just put two mattresses on one double bed and did not turn off the heating for two days

Overall, the hotel is decent, though a bit dated. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but nothing particularly special, just a solid, standard stay. What really makes the difference is the location, right in the heart of the historic centre!

The location is excellent as it is right in the city. We were given a better room. It looked on the Main Street. Staff was friendly and helpful.
You had stairs to negotiate. It was a bit difficult with the luggage. There should have been a small ramp. I wonder how a handicapped would have managed this.
