Location of the hotel is over the top, close to everywhere either by walking, or by public transport.
Room was quite large for one person, with enough places to put your luggage, hang your clothes, etc.
People at the reception, especially Seda, were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good, with freshly baked breads and good selection of options, including quickly-cooked omelettes and fried eggs.
Cleaning for bathroom could be better.

Wonderful
The location is terrific. There is a bus stop, tram stop and subway within about a 10 minute walk. The hotel is a quick walk to St Stephen’s Cathedral, the Opera House and the Hofburg Palace. There are lots of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Plus there’s a nice grocery store about a 90 second walk across the plaza. The day staff are all nice and helpful.
The man on duty at night is a jerk.

Very good location, good breakfast and ok rooms.
But noisy for room on the street but not overwhelming, the lights was more of a problem, the curtains could not dim enough the outside lights. Not a problem for us, but could be a pain for others.

Not my first stay at this hotel, and I’ve always appreciated the kindness of the staff. But this time I was truly impressed. I felt unwell at night, and a Russian-speaking staff member stayed with me, helped call an ambulance, and supported me until it arrived. And when I returned from the hospital, I found a plate of fresh fruit and a handwritten note wishing me a speedy recovery. My sincere gratitude for such care and humanity ?

A large and clean room with comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful. Location was fantastic.
Shower was a little difficult to get in and out of due to high side. A little slippery too.

The location was perfect. The room was silent although the room was located in the main street (4th floor). The room was clean and well equipped. The luggages can be stored before check-in and after check-out.
The personel was not goodhumored. The receptionist just gave the room card and didn’t inform about which floor and to use which elevator. The bellboy didn’t offer to carry our luggages. The entrance has only stairs, so inconvenient for luggages and wheelchair. There is no ramp in the entrance.

The location of the hotel is superb. Close to everything in Vienna. Literally in the heart of the city.
I booked a superior room, and thanks to the hotel, they made an upgrade for me to a premium room, which was very spacious with very comfy space and seemed newly renovated. My room was overlooking the fountain in front of the hotel and seeing all the vibes of the city from my window.
Breakfast was also nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I really had a wonderful experience. I will defeintly come back to the Austria Trend europe hotel in my next visit to Vienna. Thank you so much.
The only thing that disturbed me was the bad internet connection, slow and always disconnecting
