Very Poor
The hotel charged me 6% more even though I paid with my debit car linked to the Euro bank account and the receptionist on duty also selected the transaction currency as Euro. It seems like the pos terminal of the Hotel is adjusted to rip-off the guests with this policy. Beware if you pay by card.

Perfect, convenient, good parking. Nice breakfast.
Never - met policy before: breakfast is cheaper to buy at the reception than to include it in the booking. Hm confusing.

Room size, cleanliness, comfort, pretty close to tram stop.
No view and some of the furniture's leather or faux leather were pealing, looking extremely cheap, definitely not appropriate for 4 star hotel and the superior room that we choose.

The hotel was beautiful! The beds are so comfortable, it’s warm and very clean. Breakfast was amazing, had everything we needed. The public transport is right outside the hotel and took us directly to the city center. We truly enjoyed our stay in a lovely holiday atmosphere, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We’ll definitely come again!

The room’s carpet was very dirty and contaminated. It smelled really bad, and even though the window was open all day, the room still had a very strong unpleasant odor.

The location of hotel from metro is a bit far 15min walking to be connected to St.Platz!
