Everything was good.

The hotel was very clean, with spacious rooms and friendly staff who created a relaxed, positive atmosphere. It was quiet, making it ideal for couples, families, or groups wanting to enjoy each other’s company in a calm setting, whether at the bar or restaurant. The breakfast had a wonderful view, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Vienna.
Firstly, it offers free parking in front of the hotel. The parking is quite large with enough parking for everyone. In other hotels in Vienna, you will pay 20+ euros per day for parking.
The location is a bit outside of the city, however we took the BB train to the Opera for 3 euros per person. The train station is a 10 minute walk and the ride is about 25 minutes. So you can get to the center within 40 minutes. The train runs around every 10 minutes.
The bed was super comfortable, the rooms newly renovated with smart TV, coffee, tee and everything you need.
I will definitely be coming back.

It was too far from center, although the train station is 14 mins walk, but after the train it takes at least 30-35 mins to reach center

Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. There was plenty of parking space available, and the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
If you don’t have a car, it can be difficult to reach the city center.

The room was big and it had a coffee/tea maker. The bathroom was nice. It was quiet.
The pillows were very uncomfortable. There was a very strong smell in the bathroom. We found hair in the bed. There was no conditioner. The shower head was not stable so the bathroom floor got wet.

Rooms were clean, this is very important!
Staff need a lot of improvement. I asked for coffee and they told me sorry the restaurant is closed and the bar too… when I asked the cleaning lady for more instant coffee, she said, you have to ask reception???? They could provide me with hot water and instant coffee !!!!
My room was not clean when we went back to the hotel.
The property is so far away from everything. There’s nothing close to it!

Wonderful
Parking is free, and there are plenty of places to park. Also. there are parking spots for buses. The room was cosy and warm. We didn't play at all with the clime control.
The public transportations is a bit to far away from the hotel. Maybe during summer time, when the day is longer, you can walk to the public transportation station. But during night, nobody wonders around except with cars
