The location was great. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hairdryer and steamer (which we needed for the ball) usb and usb-c outlets by the bed.
The breakfast wasn’t free so that’s a bummer but don’t deter us from staying here

Location - great spot right next to shopping and right around the corner from the famous Sacher cafe. Great breakfast .
The little things - For the price of the room, there were no robes or slippers which should have been included. No complimentary water- everything had a fee. The room had a separate toilet room and sink which was great , but not equipped with any towels or even a rack or hook to hang things.

The location - the old man who welcoming us was very supportive & kind , also the reception they were good.
There wasn’t any essential like water , tooth brush -even telephone in the room there wasn’t to call the reception . - the toilet was smelly ..

Location of this hotel is absolutely best. It’s close to everything. We went in November when there were so many Christmas Markets around.. everything was pretty much 5/7 min walk. Lot of popular attractions are also close by. The hotel was very kind to accommodate our early check-in request as well. It was a good experience.
