It was centrally located, not only for the main street that it was on, but also easy access to the trams and the underground to see sites that are farther away. Even though there was a lot of activity outside the hotel in the evenings, it was quiet in our room.
We struggled a bit to get the air conditioning to come on as cool as we wanted it, but this is typical in European hotel, at least in our past experience.

The stuff on the reception and on the lobby bar were not enough quolified. They take a decisions without having enough information from the guests for there needs.

Great location, near restaurants, shopping, and major historicsl sights. Just a 5 minute walk to metro station at Stephen plate. Room was large, quiet, and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. And the location in the heart of the centre ville.
