Central location. Nicely presented boutique hotel. Quiet side entrance.
Pillows could be better quality. No complimentary water ..although Vienna tap water is perfect.

Disappointing
Very disappointing experience — definitely not worth the money Honestly, this was a very disappointing stay. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The AC in my room was not working properly, and when I contacted the hotel, I was told that someone would come in the morning to fix it. This is completely unacceptable. If a guest has a problem with something as basic as air conditioning, it should be fixed immediately, not the next morning. The room itself was also not clean, which made the experience even worse. On top of that, the hotel does not provide basic amenities such as dental kits and slippers, which I would expect from a hotel at this level. The elevators are extremely small, which is particularly inconvenient when you have luggage. The whole experience felt like the hotel is cutting corners on basic guest comfort. The only positive thing I can say is that the location is wonderful and very convenient. Unfortunately, a good location does not make up for poor cleanliness, broken AC, lack of basic amenities, and poor service. For the price, I expected much better. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their service and room standards.

There is no better location in the Vienna, right in the city center. The stuff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful, especially Marko and lady at the bar(forgot her name but remember she is Serbian)
