Very clean and spacious rooms, hotel is located on a quiet street but about a 5 min walk away from the nearest metro stop that gets you into the city center in 5 mins. Great value for money compared to offerings in Vienna and the hotel prices (we visited during the Christmas market season). Kind staff as well.
The hotel is a bit dated but still very clean and spacious so we didn't mind and found it great value for money.

I liked the spacious room, the view, the fact that it was quiet, the room was warm, the beds comfortable, all was clean.
Not so much as a negative point, it is just a suggestion: would have been nice to have some slippers :)

Everything in order - friendly staff, nice rooms, good location, affordable prices.
There a few marks of stains on the floor but nothing that would bother us. Everything else was perfectly in order.

Extremely helpful front desk personnel- the evening lady
Great that we were given 2 single beds but they are still small to move . Also, we requested a taxi from the airport but didn’t get a reply. We were overcharged by the private taxi from the published 45 to 70 Euros

Ideal location near Maria Hilfer. Hotel was clean and well equipped. But the best part was the staff - friendly and extremely helpful. Our desk clerk went above and beyond for us when we had an issue with airport transportation after we checked out. If I could give staff more than 5 stars i would.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The location was good and accessible by subway and bus.
The wifi connection wasn't great in our room which was a little frustrating as I needed to complete some work and ended up having to go to a nearby cafe.

We were very happy with this hotel. Clean, comfortable, awesome and friendly staff and centrally located. Breakfast was amazing. Easy to get on the subway. Nice restaurants close by.
It is a 30 minute drive to the airport. So if you have an early flight, not convenient.

the location was great. just about 5 mins from train station and the shopping street. breakfast was delicious each day. I especially liked the bun cake and the round white breads. The staff was very helpful and accommodating at all times. very friendly and went out of their way for requests. I was even surprised with a apple strudel for my birthday! i would definitely recommend to friends or family and would stay again.

The hotel space was great, and the staff was attentive. We were greeted with friendly staff and welcome drinks that allowed us to feel right at home.
I think the beds are small, especially for a room to fit two people.
