The location is ideal. It's near the shopping street and underground, yet is in a quiet street. It has fantastic restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and the beds so comfortable

I like the location, not in the middle of everything but close the all metro alternatives if you don't only want the city centre.
Two single bed turned into a double bed was the worst thing happened to us during the vacation. You need to sleep like a soldier so the bed doesn't move and if you want to cuddle your partner, one of you should accept yo fall into the middle and be super uncomfortable. I was surprised for a 4 star hotel acting like a 2-3 star hotel by doing this.

Best hotel I have ever been. It was sooo clean and quiet. It is in a very busy neighborhood but one road away from the central road, so you are near the center but without the noise and the subway(5 minutes walking). When we arrived, the room smelled clean laundry. It was a big, warm and beautiful room. It was exactly like the photos. I loved the fact that it hadn't that blanket above the sheets that hotels usually have. The staff was very polite. They also have small bath things like toothbrushes and razors etc, made by bamboo or other ecological materials. When i will return to Vienna, and I WILL I promised it myself, i will absolutely stay there again. I found the room in a special price, that was good too. Otherwise i m not sure if i could afford it.

I ve liked so much the staff and the atmosphere of our room : cozy and comfortable. The hotel was also well located with city center by Metro U3 :) our stay here was great !
