The location was convenient. We were able to take the tram into the center of Vienna. Going the other direction, we went hiking in the Wienerwald, which was a 15 minute drive. The pools and fitness room were nice and almost empty. The staff was helpful and offered us umbrellas when it was raining, and extra towels for the pool.
When getting a tram ticket, I didn't realize that the station by the hotel is one station passed Vienna, and therefore not covered with a Vienna ticket. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but receiving a large fine put a damper on the day.

Nice location: right next to a shopping city and tram line. Nice pool and spa facility. Breakfast is very good.
Most drawers in the room are fake ones, which was a bit negatively surprised.
