The Pool and spa was the reason I chose this place but unfortunately it wasn’t as expected , there was no drinks or snacks served near the area of the pool. The facility did not provide towels and robes near the pool there was only one jacuzzi. There was no coffee machines inside the room the breakfast was very low quality and underwhelming no fresh juices not enough options not 4 star hotel level. Only one restaurant was open with limited and expensive for the quality choices.

I was traveling on business, so I wasn't expecting anything special, but the hotel's quality and service were satisfactory. There was a bit of a tense atmosphere at check-in, but the service was excellent throughout. The breakfasts are especially wonderful, as is the atmosphere—the light, airy space offers a great selection, especially the peeled grapefruit—top notch. The bed was comfortable, with excellent linens.The hotel grounds are gorgeous, with courtyards and open spaces.
The only downsides were the location and the lack of a hotel-organized shuttle to central Vienna, as well as the noise from the window until 3 a.m. (Saturday)—music and some technical noise.

Rooms, breakfast, and staff were all excellent. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was plentiful with many options to choose from.
TV did not work. I know there are many rooms on the premises, but I think staff should proactively check if everything is in order- And I do not mean the people who clean the rooms but a technical / facility manager. I did not call it in as it was late when I arrived. Also, 30 Euros parking fee when there are three huge parking lots with capacity of tons of cars is a bit over the top...

Large room, comfortable bed. I liked that the entire opposite wall was mirrored!
Negative: the free parking is 500 meters away. In this case, it would be expected that the staff would take the car there. There was no lunch in the hotel restaurant, it was only open between 3-10 pm.

Disappointing
The room was beautiful and super clean
The hotel has serious management issues, Even though the hotel was practically empty and the parking lot in front of the reception was empty they asked us for 20 euro per night for that parking. We booked the hotel for spa and normally the facilities for the spa are included for the hotel guest but here they did not provide any of them and asked for 5 euro per person even-though it was off season and no one was there . The outdoor pool was closed which is understandable however out of 4 saunas only 1 dry sauna was functional and the others were turned off and even-though we asked for them they did not accommodate the guest. Basically anything u normally have in a 4* hotel you were asked for some sort of money.
