Me and my friend came to Eventhotel Pyramide for Keinemusik festival. Their facilities for gym and spa were amazing. We enjoyed our staying to the fullest.
Make sure that you are on time for the breakfast.

The Pool and spa was the reason I chose this place but unfortunately it wasn’t as expected , there was no drinks or snacks served near the area of the pool. The facility did not provide towels and robes near the pool there was only one jacuzzi. There was no coffee machines inside the room the breakfast was very low quality and underwhelming no fresh juices not enough options not 4 star hotel level. Only one restaurant was open with limited and expensive for the quality choices.

Rooms, breakfast, and staff were all excellent. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was plentiful with many options to choose from.
TV did not work. I know there are many rooms on the premises, but I think staff should proactively check if everything is in order- And I do not mean the people who clean the rooms but a technical / facility manager. I did not call it in as it was late when I arrived. Also, 30 Euros parking fee when there are three huge parking lots with capacity of tons of cars is a bit over the top...

The room was really spacious and there were many flat surfaces to leave our luggage. The hotel feels premium and the location is great to reach the shopping center nearby and the center of Vienna by tram. It stops just outside and takes 30 minutes to the heart of the city.
Some facilities in the SPA area felt a bit outdated. You could tell the hotel has seen some better days. The meals in the restaurant were average but were priced at a premium price. The restaurant was not working during the day, until 3pm which felt unnatural for such a hotel

The location was convenient. We were able to take the tram into the center of Vienna. Going the other direction, we went hiking in the Wienerwald, which was a 15 minute drive. The pools and fitness room were nice and almost empty. The staff was helpful and offered us umbrellas when it was raining, and extra towels for the pool.
When getting a tram ticket, I didn't realize that the station by the hotel is one station passed Vienna, and therefore not covered with a Vienna ticket. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but receiving a large fine put a damper on the day.
