Directly opposite the SCS, Austria’s largest shopping center, Eventhotel Pyramide features a large spa and recreation area with indoor and outdoor pools and free access for guests. – Comfortable bed – Beautiful room – Free parking at Parking #3 (but only if you know about it in advance) – Possible to stay with a dog
To be honest, we were disappointed with our stay and wouldn’t choose this hotel again because of the following issues: – Poor service at the reception. During check-in I asked about the spa area, but nobody told me that towels and slippers must be taken at the reception and that a bathrobe needs to be purchased separately. Since nothing was provided in the room (despite photos showing otherwise), I had to call the reception and then go downstairs and wait in a long queue to get all the necessary items. – When I arrived to the spa area, I discovered that the key for the locker must also be taken at the reception. Nobody mentioned this even though I had been there just 5 minutes earlier. – Sauna #2 was not working. – The spa area looks outdated and not properly cleaned. – To store your phone safely in a locker, you need a 1-euro coin, which is very inconvenient — who carries cash when going to the spa? – Free parking is possible, but only if you call the hotel after parking, explain who informed you about the free option, provide room details and names of guests. Otherwise, it costs €20. – The dog fee is €25, but the room didn’t include any dog amenities such as bowls or a dog bed. – Very limited bar selection. – Overall, it feels like you have to pay extra for everything, even for things that would normally be included in a 4-star hotel. - We had 1 night at the hotel, but the room cleaning service knocked the room at 9am. We don’t think that the staff should disturb guests in this case, especially in the early morning.

Parking is 15 min walk from the hotel, not convenient especially during the rain The bathtub had a curtain for the tub, not very modern, I would expect a glass panel The AC is completely not effective- makes noises of operation but does not insert cool air into the room Bed was too high, toilet was too low Long walk to the spa

Easy to find and park, though parking is expensive. Room large and comfortable. Very good burger in the bar downstairs.
No complaints. It is quite far from the city but the location is clear, and descriptions accurate.

Good size room, comfortable mattress, good wellness and fine breakfast. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Extremely hot room temperature. No matter how we tried to adjust the termostat the temperature didn't change. It was impossible to get a good night sleep. A room was well equipped but a little outdated and no bathrobes were provided which is a but strange if they offer wellness.
