It is unquestionably a great hotel. Great facility, in a great location, close to a central metro station and the Prater park, and a 15-minute walk away from the city center. The room was clean and the bed was quite good. The bathroom was great, very clean and with all the amenities. The breakfast was superb in quality, very tasty, but i felt it lacked some options. I also liked the styling and the atmosphere.
It might appear niche and Vienna is quite an expensive city, but even though I liked all of the hotel and would choose it instantaneously again, I feel like it could have had a bit more to offer for the given price.

Loved the breakfast buffet! There weren't too many options, especially for hot foods, but I loved having the eggs and sausage station! It changed every day so it didn't get too repetitive. They also had a variety of pastries/desserts and even kaiserscharrn some days! Location wasn't too far from the nearest stations - it was pretty much smack dab in between two stations, and one of them was a major train-departing station which was very convenient! Loved having the saunas as well. Hotel was cutely decorated for holidays and the staff were lovely.
This is our fault for not understanding the policy correctly but if you want your sheets/towels changed, you have to put a specific sign that is in your room on the floor/on the bed to let housekeeping know they should change these, otherwise they'll just make up the bed.

The only thing I like hotel location close to train station
I do not like this hotel due to mosquitoes and other small flies in the room. We informied hotel management about the problem and they did nothing. They did not have proper pest control plan.. we are very disappointed .. I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again

I stayed at Austria Classic Hotel Wien for three days and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully prepared for the Christmas season, which immediately created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality food options. The coffee, in particular, stood out as very good and a perfect start to each morning. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and featured very comfortable beds that ensured restful nights. The location is another strong advantage. The hotel is very close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city, and the city center can also be reached within a pleasant 20-minute walk.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its atmosphere. The décor and overall ambiance feel epoch-like and elegant, almost as if stepping back in time. It has a classic, refined character that makes the stay feel special rather than generic.
I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a touch of timeless Viennese charm.

The breakfast buffet was very impressive with a wide selection of choices and excellent quality. The breakfast room was very classic and beautiful. The hotel room is a bit old, but it was very well-maintained and was very clean. The staff were polite and professional. The location of hotel is located close to two big train stations. I could easily take the train to the Vienna International Airport within 30 minutes and other places. It is also surrounded by many cafes and restaurants, and supermarkets. The Praters Park is only a few minutes walk. Strongly recommended.
My room faces another building, so the view is quite limited. However, it is not that bad, though.

Housekeeping was average. Breakfast was ok. Same things everyday. Staff is average. Not very hospitable. Strict checkout at 11 am.

The Breakfast buffet had a large selection which included all expected breakfast items.
There is a nice terrace where you can have breakfast in good weather.
Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

It is a very easy 15 minute walk to the old town where museums and palaces are located .

I particularly want to mention, and thank, the Reception young man who helped carrying my luggage in my room; I had spine surgery and couldn’t have made it, as unfortunately there was some stairs not covered by the elevator... he was super kind and carried my luggage into my room. Many thanks for that!
I also enjoyed also the proximity to the Prater Park! I will surely recommend it to all my friends!
Unfortunately my room was above the bar.. people were talking loudly!
