English speaking staff a plus. Great little bar. Location great. Underground station right outside. Fairly good restaurants nearby. 24 hour front desk staffed. Breakfast was plentiful and generally very good.
For what I paid I expected a real coffee maker with pods, not a hot water kettle with instant coffee. I also expected a shower with a rain water head, not a hand held shower.

We were very happy with the hotel,staff breakfast,clean, beds the only complaint was the hot water was never hot mostly like just warm. We enjoyed our stay otherwise and thought Vienna was beautiful.Thank You.

The hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Staff were very polite and helpful. Continental breakfast with a few hot extras. Very nice lounge bar and very quiet at night. 2 minute walk from the underground. No food except for breakfast but pleant of restaurants and cafes nearby. Best restaurants were from staff advice.
Maybe get something to eat apart from breakfast but that is minor.

Beautiful old hotel in a lovely location , with extremely helpful staff both on arrival (Clemons) and throughout our stay with the dining room, bar and cleaning staff all very efficient, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location and breakfast were absolutely perfect. The room was a bit small, but very cozy and comfortable. Next time, I’ll definitely book a larger one. The front desk staff were extremely kind and answered all our questions. I love this hotel, and we’ll definitely be back next year!
Just a small detail: my husband had a minor scratch on his arm that left a small mark on the bedsheet. We noticed the sheet wasn't replaced after housekeeping cleaned the room, but it’s just something small to keep in mind for next time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Austria Classic Hotel Wien. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and stylish, very well equipped with a comfortable bed, a mini fridge, additional space to hang clothes, air conditioning and a big bathroom with an excellent shower. A detail we really appreciated were the extra reading lights on both sides of the bed. The buffet breakfast was truly fabulous. The location was perfect in the lively 2nd district, with a wide selection of restaurants and shops at the doorstep. A central underground-, S-Bahn trains- and tram/bus-stop - Praterstern - a mere 2-minute-walk away. And despite the central location our room was delightfully quiet. We will certainly be back at our next stay in Vienna.
