Quick efficient check in and check out, Clean and modern design of the rooms. Location near a busy stop to the WIEN hbf and the U4 for convenient access to the city.
The WiFi didn’t have a strong connection as the entryway and bathroom had one bar, and there was no connection in the bedroom, the lobby isn’t fully completed yet.

Great location, in close proximity to the metro and bus stations, close to the city center. Friendly staff. New furniture. The room was renovated and clean. Electric kettle and mini bar in the room.

We chose this hotel for the following reasons:
- the distance from Wienna HBf and the proximity to the Albertina, the Prater, Schönbrunn and Hundertwasser's houses.
- as advertised: newly renovated.
Breakfast was originally included and paid for in advance, but I missed it. I had to request a refund. Why was my request necessary?
There were missing chairs and a tea table.
The reconstruction was evidently not finished, yet no discount was provided. See photos.
Based on my request, the hotel staff changed the information on the Booking website to 'SOFT OPENING'.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The self check-in process was super easy and convenient — everything was clearly explained, and I had no issues getting in. It’s a great option for those who like flexibility and independence when traveling.
The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The location was excellent — close to everything but quiet and relaxing at night.
Although I didn’t interact much with the staff due to the self check-in, communication was fast and helpful whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. A great experience overall!

The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking, we informed the receptionist and they moved us in another room without hesitation!

Excellent location. Good room size.
Car park was very inconvenient. Room’s bathroom had a blocked drain which wasn’t taken care of even after complaining. Reception did not answer my call when I tried to contact to ask about the car park. But the staff was friendly although not much of a help.
