Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, but the service and attention to guests' requests definitely need improvement.
The hotel was okay overall, but unfortunately there were several things that made our stay less comfortable than expected.
The room did not have a telephone, the hairdryer was extremely weak, and there was no iron available. When I asked about these basic amenities, the hotel staff assured me that this was normal for hotels in Vienna, which I found quite surprising.
The breakfast was decent, but the selection was exactly the same every day, so it became repetitive. There was also an issue with our breakfast reservation: our room was not included on the breakfast list, and I had to show our booking confirmation at breakfast to prove that we had paid for it.
We also requested breakfast to-go for 6:00 a.m. because we had an early departure and reminded the hotel twice. Unfortunately, it was forgotten, and as a result, our child left the hotel without breakfast, which was particularly disappointing.
The staff were not particularly friendly, and communication in English was quite difficult.
The location is not in the city centre, although it worked for us personally. It takes around 40 minutes to walk to the centre, so be prepared to do quite a lot of walking.

Good hotel, a bit of a walk from the train station. Checkin is pretty straight forward. Walk to the second lift can be a bit long, and bedroom was pretty. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. HOWEVER, that was the most powerful shower I've ever come across. At one stage i thought was being hosed by a firetruck.

The hotel is well located, near the main commercial street and the U-bahn station (just 5 minutes walking).
The neighbourhood is very quiet and calm also during the night.
Just two critics. In the room there isn’t the hair dryer and when we asked to the receptionist if it was possible to have on she said that the hotel didn’t have one, so we had to buy one in a shop nearby. The clean service during the morning only makes beds and didn’t clean the bathroom and the room in general, it isn’t a problem if you stay just for one night but, if you stay longer, such us, you must be tidy and clean your bathroom!

An nice hotel in an amazing location right in the center of Vienna. It’s very easy to reach by public transportation or taxi and is close to all the major tourist attractions. It’s a great place to stay whether you’re visiting Vienna for sightseeing or for business.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, especially during the hot summer days. The Wi-Fi in the room was also excellent.
There was a small issue with our room key, but it was resolved promptly by the staff.
I’ve already booked this hotel for my next trip because it’s such a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Vienna.

There is no kettle or coffee/tea-making facilities in the room. If you want coffee or tea, you have to go to the lobby to get it, which is a bit inconvenient.

It is a wonderful location for seeing Vienna. Room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Good value for the money.
Took the clerk 5 attempts and three visits to get a room key that would actually work. No iron available for ironing your clothes. Was told it was an EU regulation which is not true!

I didnt get what i paid for.I paid family room,bcs i was with kids,and nothing worked in the room.SAFE didnt work 2 days,my tv didnt work at all.I was 8 days in this hotel from 16th June to 24th June,and they didnt fixed my tv.when i asked for manager,he never wanted to come,and speak with me.1Manager name is Ahmed btw.I didnt have water to shower 1 day,and soap 2 days.On breakfast you have nothing,like this is 1 star botel.
