Room was big and the bed very comfortable. Location was ok.
The hotel charged me three times by mistake, charging 931 euros on my bank account out of the blue. When I reported this, the guy at the reception was very harsh and took for granted I did not pay the full amount and I made sure upon arrival this was already paid. The staff itself was very confused and miscommunicating. I'm still waiting for a refund and this got me very upset. The hotel doesn't pay attention with the payments.

Lovely staff but often long wait at reception, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was good quality and with lots of variety. I had a problem with the lock on my door and the sent someone immediately to fix it
There often didn’t seem to be enough staff on reception however everyone we dealt with spoke good English and were pleasant and helpful

The only good thing about this hotel is Mr. Hakan at the reception, who is helpful and polite.
have been staying at the hotel for 4 days, and despite informing a floor staff member and a lobby employee, not even once has anyone come to clean the room. I have had the chance to stay in many different hotels around the world—good and bad—but I have never seen a hotel this inattentive. Even if a guest doesn’t request room cleaning for 4 days, hotel staff should wonder if something might be wrong. Here, despite us specifically asking for it, no one bothered to clean the room. It’s truly surprising and disappointing. The only good thing about this hotel is Mr. Hakan at the reception, who is helpful and polite.

That it is wamer than the outside and that they had a really beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby
•There was this awful, loud and consistent sound (it did not stop all night) in my room that came through the ventilation. It was just horrible. Of course it did not let me sleep. •When I did the check out, they didn’t ask how ir went and they were in a hurry and distracted so I couldn’t even tell about it. •When leaving, all the woman in the lobby had to do was open a door that was 8 steps away from her to let me get my lugagge but she first decides to ignore me, didn’t even look me in the eye, and actually acted like I did not exist. I get that she was doing the check in for another persons but even they got that I was really in a hurry because my taxi was already there. After they finished with the check in, she rolled her eyes at me and slowly went to open the door, she didn’t even help me. So if that was all she was going to do, she could have taken 3 seconds to do so before!!!!! and when I told her “thank you” she didn’t even looked at me. She was really rude. And despite me being in a hurry I was never rude, I even apologize for the hurry I was in. Of course, I lost my taxi. It left. And it was because of her. She was working on monday december 01 at around 20:50 hrs.

We generally like this hotel and regularly book it when travelling to Vienna. It is a good value for money, and close to most places.
The check-in time is at 15:00, we arrived shortly before 15:00 and the room was not ready until 15:15. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning for similar cases.
