The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful, especially Betul, Jina, and Mali. The location is excellent because it is close to the Danube river, surrounded by nice nature, and close to the metro station.

Great breakfast. Great location: the metro station is across the street, very close to the best attractions in the city. Around the corner, a very nice park with a lake to walk around.
The interior decoration of the lobby is not my cup of tea, but it is okay anyway.

Well ... convenient to U1 underground. Room constant at 25C. Heated floor. Hot enough bath water in tub. Breakfast had the kind of food for any kind of eater. Delicious marinated salmon, several kinds of cheese. Quiet: Soundproof doors, windows.
NO desk and table for laptop, even after I told floor cleanup helper who said to tell the reception desk who said he would ask 'housekeeping'. Promised every other day to clean room inc. empty trash. did not clean room on 3rd day as promised. Trash overflow two bins, 'Brown-out curtains, NOT black-out curtains' Did not replenish the coffee/tea accoutraments daily. 'Refrigerator' set to 13C. Not enough hangup area or storage area for clothes.

Great breakfast, location near U1, comfortable bed, clean.
Room was very warm and the a/c did not cool it enough. Can't open the window so the a/c is the only way to cool down.

We were away with our running club to take part in the Vienna marathon and parkrun. The hotel was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The only downside was the food which was very expensive.
