Exceptional
Pet friendly and parking and nice location in a calm district were the reasons for choosing this hotel. Not very close to the city center, but 20 min by metro or 45 min of walk is very nice :) People who work in the hotel were very nice and friendly, everything was great! Thank you!
Internet was super slow and disappeared all the time, and it was sometimes impossible to use it :(

Disappointing
Friendly staff and good parking
The appartement was old and creeky.
The worst part was the ductaped electrical connection in the bathroom. As an engineer that is something i find inexcusable and dangerous!

Very Good
It was great for one night stay in Wien. Good communication with the host and everything was as described. Easy self check in. Free parking was great, entrance to it is a bit narrow but with decent driving skills not big of a deal. From parking to the room very quick and convenient using the elevator. Also heating was working great in the room. Recommend

Free parking, easy check-in/out. The host was very friendly and gave me a free Vienna map.
The room looked like it was made literally from scraps:
- the wall and floor tiles, as well as the parquet flooring, were made from plastic;
- the bathroom door was not high enough so there was a space between the door and the floor;
- the whole electric wiring looked like a fire hazard (probably 30 seconds to completely burn all the plastic in the room);
- there was no decorative harmony between the objects in the room.

Very spacious, warm, quite easily accessible (especially coupled with efficient Austrian public transport systems — even throughout the Christmas period), and a lovely little Christmas gift surprise! There’s a fridge for you to store food and drink if you like, and a kettle so you can make tea (as long as you have the teabags). They come and tidy your room once a day, which is great. The owner was very polite and helpful when we checked in!
Was a little bit noisy on Christmas Eve night, but to be expected. There is an espresso machine, but you have to buy the tabs (the previous place we stayed in in Budapest gave us some free tabs; we had bought some more of our own, but unfortunately they weren’t compatible). One of the bedside lights in our room was a little bit flickering but couldn’t work out if it was the plug socket or the light itself.

Close to the tram station, good location if you want to go around town. The host is very nice.

Sooo uncomfortable, bed was terrible.
The room was cleaned but not very clean.
I also didnt like the bathroom, the shower head was not standing but rather you had to hold it in hand.

Parking included, large room with a huge bed.
Very friendly host because without even asking for details, when the host checked and saw that we gonna stay just 1 night, he started to explain about what we can and worth visiting in such short time, lovely!
The apartment was not very well soundproofed, and the fact that certain doors were closed to separate the area we were accommodated in gave a feeling of insecurity, although it wasn’t actually an issue.
The parking entrance is a bit narrow, so extra attention is needed if your car isn’t a small one (see the photos). Otherwise, the parking area itself was spacious enough and offered plenty of options.

Convenient location, private parking, welcoming staff, unexpectedly huge room. The place is not new, but it's clean, cozy, quiet, and has its unique charm. All facilities are in good condition and work well, nothing to complain about.

The room was pretty much a modest hotel room. It was clean and had a coffee maker and a small fridge. The staff was excellent and very friendly and informative. They made the stay much better than the hotel itself. If it wasn't for the staff I would not have enjoyed my stay nearly as much. Both of the staff that I dealt with were great.
The place could use a bit of a face lift but for the price in Vienna it was still a pretty good deal. I would probably stay there again. It was a bit far from the city center but the Vienna transport system is very good so that offset the location issue.

This property has good location with inside parking, a seamless check-in/out, and a pet-friendly, well-equipped space hosted by a truly friendly person.
The property is dated and requires renovation, and its location is less central—it took us 40 minutes by public transport to reach Vienna's main attractions. Be aware there is a €10 fee per stay for a small dog

The apartment is very located with bus stop in 3 minutes and tram stop in 5 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is available though I did not bring a car. I will highly recommend it

The boss didn't want us to check-in before 14:00, even though we were so tired we were falling asleep while waiting(we arrived early, it was a long trip).

Room was clean, the person who was at the reception was very friendly. They have a parking garage back of the hotel. The entrance a bit narrow so if you have a big car you need to be careful. Access to the city center, you need to change two trams but its very easy to use. Tram station is just around the corner. Bed was super comfortable.
This is very personel opinion, it seems like one of the flat has been changed into a rooms, therefore there was a door in the room opening to the other room. Even tho the door was locked, still very annoying to know that there is an access amongs the room and I find it disturbing!!
