The room was pretty much a modest hotel room. It was clean and had a coffee maker and a small fridge. The staff was excellent and very friendly and informative. They made the stay much better than the hotel itself. If it wasn't for the staff I would not have enjoyed my stay nearly as much. Both of the staff that I dealt with were great.
The place could use a bit of a face lift but for the price in Vienna it was still a pretty good deal. I would probably stay there again. It was a bit far from the city center but the Vienna transport system is very good so that offset the location issue.

Wonderful
The apartment is very located with bus stop in 3 minutes and tram stop in 5 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is available though I did not bring a car. I will highly recommend it

This property has good location with inside parking, a seamless check-in/out, and a pet-friendly, well-equipped space hosted by a truly friendly person.
The property is dated and requires renovation, and its location is less central—it took us 40 minutes by public transport to reach Vienna's main attractions. Be aware there is a €10 fee per stay for a small dog

Free parking in the courtyard, large room with rug.
The boss didn't want us to check-in before 14:00, even though we were so tired we were falling asleep while waiting(we arrived early, it was a long trip).

Room was clean, the person who was at the reception was very friendly. They have a parking garage back of the hotel. The entrance a bit narrow so if you have a big car you need to be careful. Access to the city center, you need to change two trams but its very easy to use. Tram station is just around the corner. Bed was super comfortable.
This is very personel opinion, it seems like one of the flat has been changed into a rooms, therefore there was a door in the room opening to the other room. Even tho the door was locked, still very annoying to know that there is an access amongs the room and I find it disturbing!!

Parking was easy.
The room was nice and clean.
Fan unit was included whilst it was very hot, this was hugely appreciated.

The reception guy was super smooth and friendly. The bed was really comfortable.
For us, the most important thing after a long trip is getting a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, this time we were really disappointed with our stay. At around 6 a.m., a woman was speaking very loudly and slamming doors for about an hour. Another issue was the Wi-Fi, which was really slow.

Exceptional
Quite communicative location in close vicinity of two metro stations as well as tram stations. A pleasant walk to the inner town and major popular sites of interest is also an option. Friendly and helpful hosts. The apartments are large and clean. Parking on site is a plus.

The staff is very friendly. Location is good and easy to reach the city centre - public transport or walk.
If you travel by car, the back yard parking is a huge benefit. However, the entrance/exit is a bit narrow and to access with a bigger car could be a challenge.
If you don’t smoke and don’t like the smell of cigarettes, do not book the smoking room. I somehow booked it and the cigarette smell was very strong and not pleasant for non-smokers.
