Location was amazing and a quick walk to restaurants and tourist destinations. UBahn station was very close and transportation around the city was easy. The building and apartment are beautiful and well appointed with creature comforts. There was a grocery store around the block so with a full kitchen that made breakfasts very easy and less expensive than eating out.
There really wasn't anything to dislike!

The apartment was newly finished and extremely clean. The host provided beer, wine, bottled water and snacks. We spent almost a month in Europe and this property was by far the nicest! The location is ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from a train and subway hub. The amenities, cleanliness, kind hosts and attention to details make you feel at home. The Roosevelt Stadthaus is absolutely amazing!

Everything inside, from the infrastructure to the furnishings and decoration, is of premium quality. Every detail reflects a high standard, whether it’s the location, the charm of the neighborhood, the elegance of the building, or the top-tier furnishings and finishings.
Konstanze was always available, friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
This is truly a top-rated place. I rarely give top ratings across the board, as I believe perfection is hard to achieve—but in this case, I can confidently say this apartment comes as close to perfection as it gets.

The location was just what we wanted.
The room was quiet and we were not disturbed or mithered.
There was a mention of the TV in the facilities, but there was not one in the suite.
The room was ok but there could have been a supply of tissues and a ladies make up mirror.
The coffee and tea facilities were not in the room. This could have been made clear.

Lovely room! The owners greeted us with lots of tips and showed us around. The room was spotless and the bed was really comfy. Really quiet rooms but perfect central location. The free drinks were also a bonus! We’d definitely stay here again.

The apartment is stunning. The hosts are so helpful and speak perfect English, were available to help with all questions, including booking our taxi back. The apartment is so well equipped, very clean, all furniture is so comfortable. Nespresso coffee pods, a fully equipped kitchen, towels and a fully replenished shared area with bottled water, beer, wine and biscuits. We wanted for nothing! Location was great, took us about 8 minutes to walk to the main Christmas markets, another 10 to the museum quarter. Shops, restaurants and bars close by, access to public transport is good, although we walked everywhere. The cathedral, a stones throw away, is stunning and attracted many visitors. This is the perfect apartment to explore beautiful Vienna! Thank you!

We strolled to iconic landmarks, world-class museums, and charming cafes without ever having to rely on public transportation.
