Lovely large room with pleasant views and outlook.

Well appointed and many extras/ essentials provided that many hotels no longer provide eg face washers ,tissues, bottled water ,biscuits, Nespresso machine, slippers gowns, umbrella etc
Ideal if you are travelling around by train. Literally five minutes from the platform with screens in the lifts with departure updates.
Pleasant park across the road with a traditional beer garden serving hearty Austrian food.
Hop on hop off bus stop across the road also.
Metro station 5 minutes away.
No coffee shop for standard food offer. Had to go to the Novotel across the road for this.
Unfriendly reception at roof top bar when we thought we would go for a drink. Surely hotel guests shouldn’t need a booking to have a drink.
Bedding is too hot. Needs lighter options.

Mini bar not checked before we entered the room. Bottle cap of drink bottle opened.
Our room was not cleaned on day 2
My family in Room 523 called reception 5 times with no reply so he walked down. He was told at reception that they were very busy.
I had 3 rooms booked and they were to be routed to 524 but were not. My family were not able to get room service and I had to go down to reception to fix this.
There was no option for a light breakfast. I had to pay full buffet breakfast price for a cup of coffee and some toast.

Not told about every other day room cleaning until check in time. Even on the third day of stay, bed was NOT MADE!! Glasses not cleaned.

Very good location, approx 200m from the tram. The room was spacious, the bed was big and soft, the pillow was too soft (for me, it was a minus). Breakfast was very nice and the dishes were tasteful, though not much variety. The people were very kind and helpful, always with a smile.

This hotel is a true work of art, beautifully designed with a distinct artistic flair! The room was impeccably clean and offered an excellent view over the city. I was pleasantly surprised to find the bath amenities were Byredo's Eleventh Hour, such a thoughtful luxury touch. But the absolute highlight was the bed , hands down the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

The hotel is fabulous, extremely clean, modern & well located in a quiet location. It is very close to the main train station & with an excellent short trip by tram that runs from near the hotel you are in the historic centre.
Free tea, coffee, cookies & bottled water available in the lobby all day. Glass bottles which are so much better than plastic
Great public spaces in the lobby for relaxing or working & a rooftop bar with super views on the 16th floor.
Food is excellent with intolerances taken seriously & superb dishes prepared to cater for them.
Staff are exceptional. They genuinely want guests to have a wonderful stay.
If we are in Vienna again we would definitely stay here again.

The view was great as well as how the entire room was arranged. The breakfast offered everything you can imagine. Also tried the sauna and ice fountain.
The next tram station is just a few minutes walk away.
