Very Poor
Rooms walls are all scratched, I went out and returned room was not cleaned I called them to ask if they can do the house keeping the reception said it’s done every other day and if you need any towels or bed sheets we ll send it to you and you can change the sheets yourself I replied this is a five star hotel as I saw in booking she said no we are four star hotel I was shocked.
On my check out the concierge got the bags out and he asked me to put the bags in the car I had 5 bags travelling with family and the excuse is cause the weather is too cold he literally said do it yourself and left me alone

Location to transport links. The complimentary oatmeal cookies and coffee in reception. Room service was fast and the food we ordered was very well done. I also really enjoyed the fragrance of the hand soap.
My room was right next to the rail line which is not a great view and you can hear the trains. Had I known i would have requested a different room. Having a mini bar included in the price is great but there needs to be something salty with the sweet as some people are diabetic. It would also be nice to have some sort of coffee creamer.

- The facility, the decoration and the finishing is top class.
- The staff are so friendly and welcoming.
- The location was convenient for us, 10 minutes walk to the main station and you can travel to different attraction. The station get variety of shops that can meet daily needs.
- The view to the city was magnificent especially during the sunset.
- The daily service room can be improved, especially cleaning the floor was not done properly at all.
- More options to food menu or dining in.
