Location is great, very close to the center, about 20 minutes walking distance and short ride with the tramway. The room where great such a the facilities of the hotel, restaurant, Gym ... I highly recommend this place
The Barman should be more knowledgeable of what is offering ,and guest services ( Front office ) Should be more attentive and don't make wait guest. I had two wait 15 minutes because there was just one receptionist out 3. One was talking with another guest during age, another one went to do a walking check in while there were people waiting in lobby. A bit messy the reception

The room - size of the bed The location is good. There are always taxi's available in the front of the hotel.
The breakfast is ok.
Very good restaurant for dinner.
The restaurant closes at 10pm in the evening.

Everything was fine, but for some reason the money was both charged to my card and also placed on hold for the room, which I do not understand. The payment was completed, but the funds are still showing as reserved in my account for payment of the hotel service, even though the payment was made the same day.

Very modern decoration, nice artwork, and amazing view from the Aurora Bar. We didn't use the spa or gym but that is available in the hotel.
The mattress is more to the soft side rather than proper firm and the pillows as well. For me it was slightly uncomfortable. The room was also very warm and the thermostat could not be set to go below 18°C.
