We loved Almanac Palais! The location was great and the lobby, spa and room were all fabulous. Highlights for us were the spa facilities and the friendliness of the staff. The bed was huge and really comfortable and we slept really well. We couldn’t fault the hotel - it wasn’t cheap but we were celebrating an anniversary so it was worth it!

Good location, walking distance to all attractions but not in a touristy area. Clean and well maintained property.
Our room had no natural light, there was window that had a permanent black out curtain behind the glass. We felt the lack of natural light disconcerting.

We had a wonderful stay at Almanac Vienna and truly enjoyed our experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and the front desk staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a living room, and the space was excellent — very comfortable and perfect for a family. The bathrooms felt luxurious, and overall everything about the hotel was beautiful, elegant, and well maintained.
The only small downside was that we stayed on the 8th floor, and although our suite was supposed to face the garden, the windows were quite high, so we ended up seeing more of the sky than the garden view. Other than that, everything was lovely and we had a beautiful experience. Highly recommended!

I forgot an item in the room which was not found and the staff didn’t take any ownership of the incident. I expected more from a 5* hotel.
