The staff they all rude after I leaved my luggage she ask me to open my briefcase told her to ask her colleague if she don't believe me this morning after leaving my room I forget my headphone returned on my floor I saw the main madd showed her my room card with number and she declined my entrance request lady I got to catch my train no go down then the reception lady went upstairs the card she supposed to give to me wasn't working came down with her and after all that workout I think I guess sho got the audacity to charge my late check out. I wasn't the only complaining a asian lady older lady another guy.Thank you and never again!!

Clean, spacious, and modern serviced apartment steps away from the Vienna Central Station. The apartments are quite big and have a nice kitchenette, microwave, water kettle, and some plates, bowls, utensils, cups, and pots and pans for you to use. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the washroom. There is also laundry facilities as well as a gym for use. The grocery store and post office near by as well as some restaurants within walking distance. Staff were also friendly during the check in and check out process.

Adina Apartment / Hotel is in a new and clean building. Check - in is 24hrs. is This is a plus. The apartment is clean, confortable.
Adina is just about 2" walking disdance from Central Train Station and Metro station is lower level of Train Station.
Walking distance to Belvedere Palace.
Hofer (Aldi) Super Market is near by... Apartment has a mini kitchen and refrigerator.
We stayed 5 night, all went well.

The property is in a convenient location and offers easy access to many areas of Vienna. The building itself looks modern from the outside, and check-in was simple.
The room was much smaller than shown in the photos and not as clean as we expected. Several amenities advertised—like the pool—did not exist, and the laundry option was only available through a third-party service in the basement rather than on-site as described. They also didn’t provide extra towels or supplies during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming, which added to the overall dissatisfaction. Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations set by the listing.

Location is good.
Too many extra charges like kitchen tools are additional 25 Euros to use, its an hotel apartment, they should give it for free. Secondly, the dishwasher, no instructions are given, how to use. They dont clean everyday or even have a option to collect towels from somewhere. Washing machine is to be used with an app, why make it so complicated. So yea…can be improved.

It’s close to Hbf and public transport to the city center. It was great having a kitchenette and laundry facilities since I was there for almost 2 weeks. Really comfortable room - felt like coming home after a long day out.
Having housekeeping come more than once in 11 days might have been nice but overall everything was great.

Adina provided a beautifully decorated, spotless apartment with a small kitchenette area, desk, table and luxurious canopied bed. The bathroom was modern and spacious.
