Clean, comfy and great amenities! Great location, right next to the train station.
The bed was a little hard/uncomfortable but the pillows were very comfy which made up for it.

Spaciousness and location: near the central station.
When I booked, there was no information about a deposit. I only saw it in the confirmation email, and the deposit was not returned immediately at check-out. Unknown when it will be released to me. This is unacceptable.
Also, the cleaning was not satisfactory. I saw some hairs in the corner of the bathroom when I arrived, and they were still there after the room was cleaned during my stay.

Excellent Aparthotel. We loved everything about our stay here. The hotel is a 2 mins walk from the main Vienna train station, we arrived into Vienna by train therefore it was a great location for us. It's about a 20min walk into the city centre but we often caught the metro which was cheap and easy to use. The metro is located within the train station.
The hotel was great. All the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen facilities were excellent. As we were interrailing, we were travelling light and needed to clean our clothes. The washing/dryer within the room was a godsend. We also liked having the kitchen area and iron/ironing board.
The spa facilities were also lovely. The pool was only very small, but it was lovely to dip into the pool after a hot day walking around the city. The sauna was also excellent. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return.
