Spacious, comfortable rooms with excellent facilities (fridge, kettle, milk etc.) Lovely pool & sauna. Convenient location near central station, with easy access to city centre. Tasty coffee at breakfast.
Generally all good. Very limited cheese selection at breakfast was the only thing I found disappointing.

Beds are extremely hard and lopsided, felt like sleeping on a ramp. Did not have a good night’s rest at all the entire time which left me too tired to enjoy my stay. Couch is also cardboard feeling and uncomfortable to sit on.

Pool closed halfway though the trip, no notice. my friend who booked a room had to make up a a date of birth and passport number for a added on child that he didn't have due to the mix up in booking Cooker instructions could of been given english Gym could of been loads better, its something I suppose

Breakfast on Monday was at a different time than the previous day. My family and I knew this fact and barely managed to get our coffee and oatmeal.
The apartment was cold despite the heating which worked at certain intervals, not constantly.

Great central location close to the main train station. Clean room, pool was nice and sauna was hot.
We were on the 4th floor and our room was facing the road. The trams were very loud outside late into the evening. We could hear them over our white noise machine.
