Very clean and close to the main train station/tram. Very spacious with so much room to walk and put things on. Definitely will recommend this place and stay here again.

Wasn’t a nice experience! After checking in, we found broken glass in the living room and my son got injured. Also, almost daily we had to go down to reactivate our cards. Plus, the TV wasn’t working properly in the living room even after sending their technician.

Fantastic location! Everything was within easy reach, which made getting around very convenient. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed, so we could easily prepare meals during our stay. We also really enjoyed the sauna, which was a lovely way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!
We also enjoyed the sauna, but one suggestion: the shower inside the sauna area has no cubicle or partition, so there is no privacy. I was caught off guard when a man walked in while I was using it. Adding a shower booth or curtain would make the experience much more comfortable for guests.

The table and the walls were dirty in the room and it was difficult to sleep next to the refrigirator in the kitchen, it was noisy. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced ever in Vienna.

Cool place very close to Vienna central station. I liked the main floor lounge, breakfast was pretty good. The fitness room was simple but enough for my needs. Very quiet in the room.
Just a little outside the center of town and I had trouble figuring out the transit system.

The location of the hotel is perfect and is very close from everything.

For the amount paid per night, i do no appreciate the quality of the received room.
Firstly, the floors were all scuffed up from the sofa bed, and we were also places on the 1st floor closest to the elevator and it was noisy with housekeeping and other residents coming and going, photos are provided for this
Secondly, the living room for was very dark at night, there are no lights and is literally not usable at night. The fact that the window is also too small allows little to no natural light enter the room.
Thirdly, everyday the card go de-magnetised and we would have to reset them again. This was super annoying to daily basis
Fourthly, we only received housekeeping at 1 time in 5 nights, again, for the paid amount, you would expect this to be more frequent especially that it is 4 stars.
Fifthly, the hotel advertised this on booking as “apartment”. While it has a kitchen and washing machine, this is by no means an apartment. We were give. Two connected suites by size, not apartment. An apartment would have a singular room, not connecting suites. In all other countries I stayed at, this is a suite not an apartment
Lastly, it seems that the hotel cares about charging the customer and the employees, while they are polite, do not have the authority to give hotel residents any flexibility. In 20 years of travelling, I was never ever asked to pay for late checkout. I would expect some improvement from the management on this
For the amount paid and for a hotel that is rated 4 stars and is advertising themselves as apartment. It is disappointing quality wise.
In other countries, this would be a 3 star hotel, not 4

Convenient to train and trams. Very up-to -date, nice and comfortable rooms. The rooms were quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. This is our second stay at this property. We were traveling by train and it was just a walk across a couple of streets to get to hotel. It was an easy tram ride to the square and Belvedere was within walking distance.
We ordered in Italian food for delivery as there are not many dining choices close.

The location was excellent next to the train station and Belvedere Palace. The room was sparkling clean, nice and quiet. I was allowed to check-in early, thanks!

Close to subway- convenient to get into town. Also less than 10 minutes walk to the Belvedere. Nice and helpful staff. Cleaning is not done until after every 3 days but I’d ultimately need something, the front desk is available to assist. Nice to have a washer in the studio do you can pack light. Laundry detergent is available at the from desk .
No vacuum or broom to use since there is no housekeeping until day 3. It would be nice since you accumulate some dirt during your stay.

굉장히 숙소가 깨끗하고 넓었어요. 가격도 유럽치곤 비싸지 않았고, 체크인 카운터에 상주 직원이 1~2명이라 조금 오래 걸렸지만, 방음도 잘 됐고, 주변 인프라도 너무 좋았습니다. Wien Hub역에서 내리면 2분정도 거리에 위치하는 것도 장점인데, Wien의 중심 여행지인 Schloss Belvedere가 걸어서 10분이어서 동선짜기도 편하고 고를 수 있는 관람시간 선택지가 넓어서 좋았어요.

The location for us made this a must-stay in addition to the facilities offered. Within 2 mins from the main station in Vienna cannot get better. Modern - has all the facilities that one would look for. Brilliant.

The property and staff were amazing. The service apartment had everything we needed includingneeded washer/dryer combo, cook top, small convection oven and fridge. The pool and sauna were a welcomed “bonus”

Very Good
Full-equipped apartment near the train station (less than 5 mins from the platform), with kitchenware, cultery and washer-dryer. Large luggage storage space available, along with a sofa and a table. Free water at the lobby.
It's a 15 min walk to the U-bahn station. The kettle broke during my stay, and it took the reception several hours to find another one. The washing machine is noisy when working, making it impossible to sleep while having the clothes washed.

Nice aparthotel near the main train station in Vienna. Nicely sized rooms, good amenities, good wi-fi, easy check in and check-out, friendly staff, everything clean and working properly.
No cleaning during the two days I stayed. While the airport is easy to reach by train and both Belvedere Palace and the War Museum are nearby, the area itself feels quite quiet, with limited options for cafés and restaurants.

Beds are extremely hard and lopsided, felt like sleeping on a ramp. Did not have a good night’s rest at all the entire time which left me too tired to enjoy my stay. Couch is also cardboard feeling and uncomfortable to sit on.

Great central location close to the main train station. Clean room, pool was nice and sauna was hot.
We were on the 4th floor and our room was facing the road. The trams were very loud outside late into the evening. We could hear them over our white noise machine.
