Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Beautiful view of the city lights and the canal. Short walk to public transportation.
More comfortable seating is needed. We had one padded desk chair and one wooden folding chair. That doesn’t make sense when the room has a kitchen and a pull out table. I asked for a second padded chair which was provided graciously.

Hotel apart is next to metro and tram stations. 5 minutes walking and you are at the center of the city. Breakfast was good for 4 star hotel and the staff was really agile. Especially, Susan was great. She really impressed us by her agile and polite responses. Overall, we liked the hotel.
The lighting in the room. It was really depressing at nights. I think some more bulbs and/or lights could be added to the room and bathroom.

The location was amazing, convenient to everything. Right in the center of town, near the water. Restaurants, places of interest nearby. There is a tram and buses right outside the door. The place was clean, staff was friendly.
Everything was fine, we didn't have any issues.

A very good location. The tram is right at the hotel's door step and easy for me to access to the nearest underground train station. The room with the city view was very nice. I can see the Danube River and the colorful night lights. The pantry area is convenient for fixing a simple meal or for reheating food. Like the compact design of the unit. Such as able to pull out the table and open up the additional chair for a dining table when needed. Also have used the laundry facilities at basement for own clean sets of clothes.

Excellent location with several public transport connections and right next to the Danube canal. The room was modern and well suited to our needs.
A very tiny detail: even after running water through the coffee machine in the room multiple times, it still came out brown, suggesting that the machine was not cleaned for a long time

Property was good, newly renovated and well furnished, many shelves, closets, power outlets, lights. Bed was big and comfortable. Location is very good, tram stop just across the street. Staff is very friendly, we received our safety deposit within 1 hour after check-out.
Water pressure in shower was not good enough, though it was very strong on kitchen side. Wi-Fi frequently got disconnected and required new sign in. We usually forgot and as a result exhausted our mobile data on phones.

The room was dark.
Extra fees for early arrival. If the room is available why charge people extra? People are tired when travelling and the unexpected is common. This is a nuisance fee that should be eliminated.

The room was very clean and spacious. It had lots of things you'd perhaps need. Full length mirror (but it was behind a door so I didn't find it for 24 hours), basic soaps, coffee maker, 2 tvs (no english channels though which is a little frustrating)Very comfortable bed. Lots of lighting options. Nice views. A good desk. There is a safe, loads of cupboards, an ironing board.
The hotel is on a main road / junction with trams and 4 lanes of traffic. I found the traffic a little noisy but maybe it's because I live in a very quiet neighborhood am really not used to it. Also the towels were pretty small and thin.

You might think that the best thing about ApartHotel Adagio Vienna City would be the location. It is on the corner of two tram lines, one tram stop away from two underground lines. A short walk from a grocery in two directions, right by the canal walk, and right on the edge of the Inner Stadt.
You might think it was the well-appointed apartment, the useful little kitchen, the strong hot water.
You might think the best thing is the facilities of the building, how there's a little library sitting room in the lobby, or that there's laundry right downstairs. There's also a fitness room, with a ping pong table, showers, and a sauna, and even a relaxation room, which is, I can attest, very relaxing.
But no. The best thing about ApartHotel Adagio is the people at the front desk. At first I was going to call out the receptionist who was particularly obliging, informative, and friendly. But then, the second one I spoke to was just as generous and helpful, and then the third. So, the very best thing about the ApartHotel Adagio is the people who run it, and 24/7 are there to help. We appreciate the generosity over pillows and towels! Thank you, we had a great time.
The mattress is a little firm.
