Very Good
Location is perfect to explore the city, all trams pass right in front of the hotel. Plenty of food and drink places within 10 Min walk and a supermarket to stock up on items.
Could have been cleaner and with a change of towel, for a couple of days it is fine but more days require cleaning days. TV didn't have netflix or apps, a bit disappointed.

Poor
Location was ok for walking to attractions. However, there are much better for the price.
No check ins before 3 so check in backs up with people waiting to get into their room. The bed was hard as a rock. The AC was barely functioning. The room was very hot when we arrived. Shower pressure was very weak. Bathroom is tiny.

Unfortunately the location is disappointing. We payed for a superior room... and we got a terrible roof room. Off course when we wanted to change the room we were told that there is no availability. The room has a lot of wear signs, the AC system barely makes a difference, closed doors are worn and dirty walls. Never mind the TV is put sideways to the bed and you cannot see anything. Water pressure was also an issues.
Also the lobby area and walkways are very outdated and shows lots of wear and tear. I stayed in this hotel 14 yrs ago and unfortunately nothing changed since then. Beware of the the offer to upgrade your room... there is no such thing, Don't get me wrong, we travel 2-3 months a year ... we are not looking for five stars but at least what is in the picture.

Pleasant
One of the beds was comfortable and the AC worked best in the bedroom area.
I found the kitchen a bit awkward, the instructions on handling garbage were unclear and while I don't mind recycling, it would have been nice to have an everything bin, rather than just the little garbage can in the bathroom.

Excellent location, close to Wien Mitte station and other public transport at few steps. The apartment was well equipped and the staff was courteous and helpful. Overall a good vibe.

Location is on a main square, room is spacious and equipped with necessary amenities, and breakfast was ok.
There is no shoe horns in the room. No electric outlet on the sides of the bed in some rooms. Water pressure in shower is reduced for environmental considerations!

Location was fantastic. Apartment was spacious and modern. Kitchen well equipped with a large fridge and a microwave and dishwasher. Bed was comfy and large.

Overall a great place to use as a base for exploration of the city. Would go there again (but not in the summer).
I was there during the heat wave in June 2026. The room had air condition. But it was not up to the job. The room was way too hot.

The location is very central and nice. Its easy to reach all important areas. There is also a pharmacy and bakery close to the property. It was quiet though.
The rooms look much bigger than they are on the pictures. We had hardly any space to open two suitcases on the room next to each other. If you only go to sleep there, then its ok I guess. The iron didn't work and some parts of the kitchen didn't seem super clean. We were informed that windows couldn't be opened on that side of the building.
