Great location
Breakfast felt rushed. If you werent there as soon as it started, then you ran the risk of just getting what was leftover. The staff were few and couldnt keep up with the demand. Also had staff take plates that werent finished when I got up to get some more tea

Location
Our room was on the attic under the roof and half of it was not usable because of the tilting roof structure. We were not told when we booked the hotel that we will get this type of the room. It looked very small. The bathroom was large and modern but hallway carpets were very dirty and outdated. The windows were high on the wall and were very small so we were not able to enjoy the view of Vienna
