Big comfy room, convenient to exploring Vienna.
Owner too stingy to provide shampoo and soap beyond two days worth of tiny "sample" packets.

Wonderful
The apartment is nice, clean, and rather spacious with decent and functional kitchen. The location is great - within a walking distance from the center with many restaurants and two supermarkets nearby. The host, Rebekah, is super nice and friendly.
One inconvenience - the bed is soft (for me), but the cushion in the living room was a good substittute. The apartment has very little sunlight as it faces the inner yard and it is on the ground floor.

This apartment is on a quiet street a few minutes walk from a Metro station and about 25 minutes walk from central Vienna. It is clean and comfortable, bright and warm. Everything was in good working order, although I didn't use the cooker or the washing machine. The owner left clear instructions about access, but I accidentally left the key inside the apartment when I went outside on the first day, inadvertently locking myself out. I was able to contact the owner immediately, on a Sunday, went for a stroll, and she had replaced the key in the lock box by the time I got back. I paid by bank transfer, so it was not necessary physically to meet up with the owner at any time.
I would have liked a toaster in the kitchen!

Very pleasant hostess, all questions were solved in a good manner. Good location. Everything needed for a travel - kitchenware, bath, etc.
Probably radiators could have been a bit larger. Sometimes apartment wasn't warm enough warm in the middle of Febr.

I traveled in winter - it was very warm in the apartment. Its a cosy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, easily connected to inner stadt. Bed was comfy, pillows - great! Shower - spacious. I didnt use kitchen much, can't comment on that, but everything was clean and tidy.
