Very enjoyable breakfast, good selection of food. I particualarly enjoyed the fruit, melon, peaches, and the cold meats, ham, salami cheese and smoked salmon. Whenever I come to Austria, what I particularly enjoy at breakfast is the bread, expecially the Semiles (bread rolls). I wish that bakeries in the UK could achieve similar standards. I will seek accommodation at the Romerhof on future visits to Tulln.

We pulled into town on bikes and there were very few rooms in town so we felt lucky enough to get this one. It’s located away from the central hub of restaurants on the river. The staff was efficient and busy. They offer rooms with a balcony for an extra fee. Be aware that some of these are right over the parking lot and not that pleasant, especially those on the first floor. We were pleased to be moved to a higher location when we requested it.

Disappointing
good selection at breakfast. The quality of food was good, the coffee was nice and the fruit was fresh.
they also left a key out for me as I arrived late.
The room was incredibly hot. The air con did not function correctly and so the room would not cool down.
The sauna was out of service but this was not communicated to me ahead of time. The reason I chose this hotel over another is to use the sauna. No refund was offered.
