Hotel team is great, especially in the restaurant and the bar. The food was excellent. Hotel location is wonderful, the ski bus stops at the hotel gate that takes us to the ski lift quickly.

Warm and welcoming staff both in reception and especially in restaurant. Very good SPA and pool facilities. They have 3 different saunas and steam room, lots of loungers to chill, free tea, and juices at the spa area. Comfortable beds in the room. I guess it is individual choice, but for our family during ski holidays, there are 2 main important points. Good SPA, especially if it has a good pool. Comfortable bed is a must. All other things like room design is secondary things.
Restaurant dinner food was below our expectations. Even if it was 5 meal dinner, but they could work a bit more on improving the quality. Because when you stay there longer, you even start refusing from some dishes because you understand that it's going to be upsetting. Especially taken into account that this hotel is outside Soll village, so you do not have other options for dinner nearby, unless you will drive to Soll. Rooms are a bit outdated, but as you ussualy only sleep in the room, this didn't make any problem to us. Bathroom has a shower in a bath, which was not convenient. But the beds are very comfortable, in my opinion.

lovely hotel and staff, so helpful and made it a lovely experience
Unfortunately it was too far from the actual village for our needs. luckily there was a ski shuttle but relying on taxis to get to the village at night was a expensive and a pain.

First off, I am grateful to the hotel management as they accepted to change my booking dates as per my request even though they did not have to because free booking modification period was passed and payment was already done.
Food variety and quality was upscale.
Family room is spacious.
Spa facilities were clean and well maintained.
Staff were helpful and polite.
Fast internet speed with good coverage inside the room.
The TV in the room does not have smart TV capabilities. So you cannot use Netflix or other streaming platforms.
