We had a fantastic family ski stay here. The hospitality and professionalism of the team is the real highlight. Every interaction felt genuinely warm and easy, and it made the whole stay feel special. We also really appreciated how accommodating they were when we asked last minute to arrive a day earlier. They handled it so smoothly and made us feel welcome right away. (We came with a car packed-to-the-brim with gear, and the staff even helped us unload and load everything!) The ski-in/ski-out access is absolutely perfect, the views are gorgeous, and the little touches (cocktail welcome, helpful luggage/ski-gear service) made everything feel effortless. Soaking in the heated outdoor infinity pool under the stars was the perfect way to end the day. The food (cozy breakfast with buffet and a la carte options, sunny lunches on the terrace, and delicious 5-course dinners) was consistently excellent, with excellent service. Bonus points for being truly dog-friendly. We will happily come back.

Almost everything was in line with our expectations. The staff was the highlight both during and after our stay. When we received my son’s phone (by post), which was discovered in the room by housekeeping staff after check-out, we were impressed by its ingenious and thoughtful package. It’s highly appreciated.

Absolutely phenomenal - the BEST ski vacation ever!! - right at the slopes - clean big pools with warm water, spa for adults - outdoor heated pool where we look at ski slopes - clean rooms - breakfast had a huge variety of options - dinner: 5 course meals, excellent and interesting choices. - dinner: option to skip 5 course meals for cheese or meat fondue. We did the meat option and had a great experience - staff: very friendly, always helpful - ski rooms have heated dryers for boots - play and fun area for the kids WOW. We love this place and be back :-)

food was generally really good, the hotel seemed overfull with more children than in previous years (this is our 3rd time staying). breakfast on some days was chaos.
poor planning with rooms. both of our rooms were interconnecting rooms but not with other members of our family. our kids are older 13 ahs 18 so close is better but the room didn't need to be connected. with a hotel filled with kids this seemed sub optimal.

A stunning hotel in a beautiful location with exceptional food, waiting staff were fabulous and attentive.
Restaurant manager was quite a rude man and particularly dismissive of women. He announced to our table of 8 that he has been instructed to visit every table by the new owners - what a strange thing to tell your guests, rather than make them feel valued

All the staff where helpful and the restaurant staff were so lovely. The convenience of the ski hire shop within the hotel was fabulous as was the location to the slopes and lift.

Absolutely fabulous location right on the slopes and opposite the ski lift. There’s even a ski hire shop in the basement.
It was too hot and airless. We had to sleep with windows open. The staff were also a bit variable. Some were excellent but others clueless

Location and staff was nice, they are doing their best considering zero investments… Dinner is nice and good selection of wines! They clean the room twice which is good!
Extremely Poor breakfast, only one elevator, poor spa, TV set older than 10 years! Coffee is horrible! In the room you may find an old type of coffee machine! At least to be able to serve a nice coffee at the bar, but even there the serve automatic coffee machine and not a professional one! Bath and shower old and hard to be used ! No thermostat meaning no temperature control in the room, so either is cold or extremely hot!
