So many things. The location in the cutest of little Alpine towns, the spa, the restaurant, but MOST importantly the staff were all SO fabulous. This is a family owned and operated hotel and we were interacting with them the entire trip. They were wonderful!

Breakfast was lovely, the rooms were lovely, dinner was lovely, the spa and sauna village were exceptional. The team who work at the hotel are amazing human beings and nothing is too much trouble. I have never tipped so much in my life and it was a pleasure to do so. The social lounge space was very welcoming and many hours were spent playing chess in front of the log fire before dinner. We enjoyed every second of our time at Post.
Everything surpassed our expectations. There was nothing to not like. If I had to make mention of things, I guess it would have been nice to have tea-making facilities in the room (a British proclivity, I suspect) and the boot room is a bit on the small side but this was never a huge issue as people came/went at different times so there was never a huge crush. But no sooner have I typed this and I feel bad and want to make the point that these things in no way mattered! Post is the perfect hotel.
