The staff was extremely nice. It was very easy to check-in. The room was very spacious and clean. There was a sauna but we haven't tried it. The best part about the stay was the diverse and delicious breakfast.

Everything is perfect for our ski trip. The location is very close to the main lift Giggijoch, supermarket and lots of restaurants. The room is super clean. It also comes with sauna and Austrian style spa.

From the moment I arrived I actually felt genuinely welcome. Room was beautiful, clean, had an amazing view and one of the most comfy beds I've slept in. I was helped with all the things around the local area, given a brilliant explanation of what was available with my card and just felt happy in my stay. I have been travelling for 12 days all across Europe and this is the first hotel I've actually felt peaceful in. I will be coming back.
That I had to leave for the next location in the morning.

The room is spacious and convenient, has a balcony. The hotel is located very close to the ski lift, rent shops and restaurants. The stuff is very kind and friendly.
Everything is just fine! The only thing to improve is the internet access: it's limited in terms of traffic volume. Only affects you if you send lots of photos/videos to friends and don't have a local sim card.

Good staff, good location, good price. 10 out of 10. I will still book here when I come back. The room is warm and clean. They also have great sauna. Very close to the lift.

I was absolutely amazed with 3 things in this accomodation. 1) Breakfast. It was the best, so delicious. 2) I planned to come with a friend of mine, but unfortunately he was sick, so I came alone. And I got a big discount. Very fair! 3) The walking distance in ski boots to Giggijoch was 3-4 minutes. So in general I totaly recommend this accommodation.
