The place is not suitable for families one bit. The owner dislikes kids, constantly ask the parents to keep them inside the rooms, quiet and basically invisible. We were two families with small kids with rooms next to each other but were'nt allowed to keep the doors open so the kids could go between the rooms. Same treatment at breakfast, the kids are expected to have manners of a royal family - our kids are not super noisy neither are badly behaved and are used to travel with us, but never have I been given the "eye" for not having them well mannered. We opted to spend as little time at the hotel as possible for this reason. It was very unpleasant. Also, there is a lot of smokers and the smoke goes into your room via the balconies so we never opened the balcony doors as it was really unpleasant. On our last night there was a large party of guests in the next room and at 21.30 I went to complain to the owner as the kids could not sleep - the walls are not sound proofed at all - and was told that they are entitled to a bit of fun as they've only just arrived and need to say hello to each other.
The treatment of the owner is just horrible. Very client unfriendly, very kids unfriendly. I would recommend she goes Adult only - smokers only. Everyone seemed to be smoking when we were there.

Everything, mostly the cozy family environment!
If there was a matt at the entrance of the balcony it will be beneficial to not bring in snow to the inside.

Really nice place, good location for skiing, everything was very nice and clean. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessary tools. Really nice wellness was also amazing to enjoy after day on the piste :) recommended
The only thing that wasnt so great was the wifi - it worked on the phones but macbooks couldnt connect or the connection had always some issues.

A nice peaceful location with stunning views from the balcony. Yet just a short walk down into the centre of town. The apartment was spacious & comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The owners & staff were friendly & helpful. It was nice to have a small bar to get refreshments. LOVED the pool/spa area. An amazing bonus was the use of a Summer Guest Card which gave us free access to local attractions. Good WIFI connection. Ample parking.
