the way of explaining that i may not receive calls in the breakfast area even if area was empty and my tones on silent was not exactly appropriate(i had no knowledge of that restriction but i understand and respect that is one of the policies of the hotel)

The personnel were amazing and friendly. We had everything we needed, and the room was clean and warm. The hotel is ski-to-door, the renting facility is just 2 minutes from the hotel, and there is also the best Apres Ski with everyday parties!
There is nothing to mention this time (usually there is something that can be improved). Thank you!

Good location, warm and convenient rooms, nice restaurant with very attentive lady, perfect service and tasty food
Quality of cleaning during stay is pure, it was no normal cleaning during a week, especially in bathroom and toilet

Amazing location beside the piste (and Kinderclub) and a wonderful, large apartment with a huge balcony. The rooms were super modern and everything was really clean and well organised. The kitchen had everything we needed and the 2 bathrooms were great. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The bar area felt a bit quiet and it would be nice if this was more modern; it would be nice to stay in the hotel for cocktails and not have to go out :)
