Frau Arnold was very friendly and her services (e.g. breakfast and cleaning) was high quality. I felt myself welcomed.
There was nothing that I did not like. I enjoyed the location since it was quiet and next to the slope.

Wonderful
Nice spacious rooms at the top floor of the building. Kitchen is spacious for this kind of appartment and pretty well equipped. The unique selling point of this location is by far the short walk (100m) to the piste that brings you at the tal station of the Gaislagkoglbahn within minutes. The tennant, Frau Arnold was very friendly, helpful and made sure we had anything we needed.

Great beautiful scenic location for skiing. The host was wonderful and accommodating. The free breakfast offered every morning was very generous and filling, with homemade eggs and a drink of your choice. We really enjoyed this cute, homey lodge. The owner doesn't speak great English, but enough to handle any and all matters. Bonus if you can speak a little bit in German with her.
The only grievance is that you have to walk up a very steep hill/mountain to get to the property and no shuttle service was offered from the bus stop to the property. Very difficult when having to go up and down the mountain before having ski rentals. If you come with skis you can ski in and out, and a car would leave you with no issues and a very convenient place to stay.

it was very good. if I have to look for something I think the kitchen can have few more items and few dish washer tablets would be nice.
