Disappointing
Proximity to the bus stop - this in summer, different if lugging skis uphill. We stayed two weeks and the apartment was cleaned at the beginning of the second week and bed linens changed. Towels were changed frequently, toilet paper and dishwashing liquid provided as well as trash bags.
The summer card is great - all lifts and buses were free. The price was rather low because it included the tourist charges and the cleaning.
We were in Wildspitze apartment at the top floor, others might be better. The pillows were lumpy, impossible to sleep on. Tiny kitchen with 2 burners so close to each other that most of the time we cooked only one dish at a time, a longer cooking plate would have helped. Huge unsightly bed in the living without even a bedspread instead of a foldable bed listed in description. Small tv tucked in a corner with sofa at the side wall - bad for the necks, this was Olympics games week. Small bathroom had two sinks rather than a cupboard - there was no place for toiletries. Radio was listed - there was none.

Very Good
The apartment is well priced for its location. It's spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a fantastic view of the mountain/ski lift. There's free parking too.
The owner sent email after email confirming my reservation or reminding me when my deposit was due (which I paid well in advance), which was becoming a little annoying.
The apartment has a weird layout (1 room has a dining table, kitchen & toilet, the other room has a bathroom) and it's located on the 4th floor, so for someone with a young child and a bad knee it wasn't great having to go up & down throughout the day.
