Very spacious rooms, excellent hospitality and service.
Bread service in the morning and daily cleaning of the room were a delight.
There is no EV charging point at location itself, however at the pizzaria next door there is one available.
Nitpicking on minor points:
- location is a bit uphill, therefore shops, restaurants and après ski require a bit of a walk (up/downhill)
- receptiontimes during the day are limited, so check beforehand with respect to arrival times
- thin pillows (common in Austria)

Spa area was nice. Saunas are very small but enough space for two persons. Breakfest was good. View was nice.
We arrived at the hotel very late , check in was smooth as there was nobody at the reception but keys was there. In the room was strange smell, especialy in the bathroom. There is no ventilaton in the rooms only window! CO2 level was 2900 in the morning . And first two nights it was quite cold during night as there is no heating ajustment options in the room and keeping open window for fresh air was not an option. Had to put my jumper and swetpants in bed. I asked the staff to put one degree warmer, but in theroom temperature rise only by 0,5C :))). The staff advised to open window for ventilation but the neighbours were smoking on balcony and fresh air was not so fresh anymore. And smell in the bathroom could be also from neighbours who maybe smoke in bathroom and it gets in other bathrooms too.

Very clean place, very courteous staff, perfectly located, walk to rental shop and skiing slope, convenient ski lockers, beautiful surroundings with hiking trails.
It would be great to have some basic supplies in the apartment - salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters. Also, for a week-long stay it would be great to have free access to washer-dryer.

The owner was very welcoming and the location and views are stunning. Staying in summer entitles you to the local discount card which gives you many freebies best of all is the daily free cable car but also local buses and museums and swimming pools.

Very clean, super friendly and helpful hosts, with all the facilities you could need for skiing, very good breakfast with enough variety, spacious room.
The location is not ideal for first time skiers as it’s pretty high and you need to go
on steep roads to get there.
You only have buses that get you to a slope on which you can go down to the gondola, the slope is not for beginners.
Therefore you become dependent on car to go skiing every day.
Otherwise, the location offers an amazing view.

Lovely quiet location near to the ski slopes. Town itself is one long busy road so very glad to be higher up looking over. Within walking distance of 3 good restaurants. Apartment was clean and well equipped with lovely duvets and comfortable beds. Ski Mike for hire recommended nearby offered a good, knowledgeable service. Car is useful for initial grocery shop as there are no shops nearby. Bread service available in mornings which was excellent.
Shower tray waste needs occasional unblocking.
