- friendly Staff (they greet, smile and very helpful) - always clean the room - with half board, they ask (30min before kitchen close) if your still coming, if not, they also offer a cold plate - I like that at breakfast, you can also have something made, like omelette. There arent that many options, but selection is sufficient.
- THERE's NO AIRCONDITIONing, and in summer it gets very hot. Just opening the window isn't enough, and if you lucky, you can "hello" to noisy drunk people outside (BE SURE TO BRING FAN IN SUMMER) - the sink is outside, shower on the left and the toilet on the right. I would have been better if they put everything in one room.. lol - It would be nicer if the seating order in the evening wasn't always fixed, it's a bit annoying to have the same table every night, especially if you end up next to people who are drunk- it doensnt look good when there are kids around. - Parking lot is creepy in the evening and far (but yeah, better than nothing)

We love the breakfast here and if youre lucky enough to stay for the evening meal thats great too. Perfect location even though we didn't ski. Our room was great perfect for the two of us.
Honestly I can't think of anything we didn't like. The staff are excellent, the food is great. Perfect location and we even had snow!

Poor breakfast, you couldn’t buy real coffee for BF, we didn’t have hand soup, shampoo in room, lady on reception didn’t have any information about ski splot timing, even if is check out till 10:30, they wanna push out from room before this time, no possible to pay for late check out

No so many options but more than you expect from a four star hotel. Honestly, exceeded our expectations. You can't beat the location even if you try. Right across the street from the ski lifts with all the restaurants and supermarket around you
Only one pillow per person and very thin, caused me neck pain, but everything else went perfect! The location, the service, cleanliness, quality of food. hotel design and furniture..
