There is no air condition in the hotel, so we slept with the windows open. Dinner was bad for our opinion.

This may of once been a 4* hotel, now I would say it's just about a 3*. The interior is extremely dated, clean and comfortable but very dated. This was our 4th year in Austria and the SPA is the worst we've had, extremely small, dated and has none of the finer touches a 4* should have. We are used to fresh tea and fruit along with a quiet area with nice loungers. Instead, a cramped space with deck chairs and white plastic cups everywhere because the bin is too small. It's also in the heart of the hotel far far away from the pool. I will mention we were disappointed with the pool, via BOOKING.com it looks great and it wasn't until we arrived that we realised it's a public pool with direct access to the hotel. Because of this it was busy everyday even our daughter who is 8 complained about how many people were there. On the hotels website it does state it's a public pool but not on BOOKING. If we had known we would not of booked this hotel as it is not a relaxing place, most days people were sitting on the floor due to not enough seating. The hotel put on snacks at 1530 everyday which is great but was extremely basic for a 4* hotel. One day we had stale mini croissants. The boot room was very small and cramped and for a 4* hotel I would expect individual lockers rather than a shared space where anyone could access your gear. Our assigned waiter was not good. Constantly forgot things, for 6 days we had to get a 3rd glass for our table and some days our own water. It got so bad we made a complaint and that helped but it was other waiters serving us and not the one assigned to us. Also, one of the biggest issues was our table location in the corner covered by the salad bar and coffee machine. So for the New Years Celebrations and live music we could not see anything (see picture). We felt like out of sight out of mind not something you want to feel like when you've paid a premium and staying for 11 nights.

The gentleman at the reception was informative but not friendly. The location was away from the main area. We had requested a room with balcony and view but sadly it viewed the parking lot. I would not book this hotel again. Adequate best describes.

The only one thing which bothered me was sound isolation. My room was in the first floor directly above the discotheque and load music in the night was irritating. Ideally the sound isolation system in the newly built Hotel is very high but that was not the case here.

the opening hours for all the entertainment (pool, spa, dinner, etc.) was too short

The price was expensive.

There was no way to shower without getting water everywhere.
