The location is amazing and you can get super easily to town and also to skilift. The lady at reception is exceptional helpful and kind. The view from the room is fantastic.
At breakfast the staff was not so friendly and a little bit impatient.

nice place, cca 1 km from gondola Planai-west, in the hill, so beautiful view on Schladming and surrounded mountains, 10 mins walk to Schladming center, breakfast in hotel is fantastic, view from breakfast room is amazing, hotel's room is cozy and very good quality, wood, comfortable bed

The hotel stands in a very nice location with a great view of the city. There is also a great walking path right beneath the hotel, which is well arranged even in winter and snowy conditions and nicely lighted at night. The hotel is very clean, well arranged with comfortable beds and small, but clean and fully equipped bathrooms. The staff is great, in 4 days we had no unanswered questions or unfulfilled wishes. The halfboard was excellent - self-service breakfasts with great choices and great dinner with obviously great chef's effort.

Incredible views all around, and the lifts are pretty cheap especially given how much access it offers
Rentals are crazy expensive. So if you are going, you should plan on staying for a week to make the most of the mountain and your rentals
