The location was perfect! So close to every ski resort in the area and close to schladming. The staff (Istvan) were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, welcoming and went out of the way for me. It was wonderful being able to cook as well.

Wonderful
Great location, everything we needed for a short ski trip, room nicer than on the photos, great value for money. Yes, the floors are creaky, but despite many kids in the house during our stay we had a nice sleep.
The optional breakfast was not available during our stay, but we could use the kitchen and there is a supermarket nearby

Clean, very nice, perfect accommodation, close to all skislopes in the valey. Very nice house Balance price value above expectations. Kithcen for all guests very well equiped.

The room is small but big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Dining room was big and quite comfortable.
Beds and floor at the appartment is very noisy. There is only one microwave and one stove for almost all guests.

Owner was awesome. Really super nice guy. He gave us great tips for trips around that perfectly fit kids in our group.

The staff was really kind and help full, they cooked eggs for us every night, and you could always talk and small talk with them The view was incredible, to make up the first night and seeing the mountains.
- I didn’t like the upper bung beds, I was scared of falling out, there were no handle to keep you safe from not falling and every time I would move around it was noisy and moving as it was about to crack (but nothing happened)

The locality is perfect. Accomodation is simply but nice and clean. Breakfast was good.
It would be nice if There were an insect nets in Windows. We wanted open the Windows ať night but we were afraid of mosquitos.

The only thing we liked there is the location of the place.
Firstly, the accommodation was advertised on Booking as having an own/separate kitchen. This was not true, but I van say that as soon as we pointed this out to the landlord, we agreed on compensation. The room is very small for 3 people and this is especially true if we consider that there are four bed plasces altogether. The mattress on one of the beds was completely out of position, we remedied this by replacing it with a fourth bed. It was still uncomfortable but at least it was possible to sleep in it. The only door in the room opening onto the balcony could not be used as a sliding window. The answer to this was that it could not be done during our stay. The bathroom is also very small, it is impossible to hang more than one towel to dry, and there is not a single socket in it. We learned there that it is not possible to eat in the rooms. The house rules state that it must be quiet after 10 pm, yet on the last night the locals allowed a group of 10-15 people to hang around under the window until after midnight and make a lot of noise. Check-in before 17.00 (!) is not possible, but check-out must be done by 9.00. The rooms are run down and not very clean (cobwebs in the bathroom). One day I told them there was a nail sticking out of the wall at head height, the nail was there the same on the following days. All in all, I would only recommend it to someone who is looking for hostel level accommodation and doesn't mind that someone else might be drinking their beer from the fridge.

First of all, Andreas is a very nice and welcoming host!! The entire building is very clean and has everything you need. Due to the older building structure, it’s a bit clairaudient. But I think, it shouldn’t be a problem if people respect each other. Overall - a pleasant stay. You should def arrive by car, public transport to the house is hard to get. there are a lot of hiking paths in the closer environment (5-20km).

Location to bustop 1min, kitchen clean and enough space for all, clean as expected. Owner cared really well.Other rooms looks fine.
Price. Compare room equipment (shower on lower level, shared toilet separated on corridor, room without towels) with price is too high. Never mind all previously, all info were Booking, but usual price for this can expect 45EUR during main season.
