Food, staff, facilities all excellent. Room was superb (appart from some small things noted). But always very clean and nicely appointed. Balcony with view was perfect.
Tea and coffee in the room would be nice. Bathroom a bit on the small side.

Very nice hotel, with very helpful and nice staff. Food is delicious. Wellness is very well equipped. There are various kind of sauna and spacious quite room to rest. Hotel is located in beautiful area with very nice views all around the building.
The only issue was that we could not open the window during night due to noise coming from cars passing by.

The pool was amazing (but not always open during the day in winter time), the beds were very comfortable, spacious room.
Breakfast was not that great, rather limited options. Dinner was a little too pricey.

Super friendly and helpful staff in regional dress in a fantastic location. Fabulous food also and much from local suppliers. Pool and spa were perfect, and we were lucky with the weather too. We’ll be back!
Tv only has German speaking channels, but that’s about it.

Pool was nice, location also close to the hiking paths
We were instructed to sit at the table that has our room number at the restaurant and it was the same one during our whole stay. The thing is there are nicer areas of the restaurant eg. winter garden with a view but we were seated somewhere else. Not sure why they don’t let people to sit where they like to and how they decide who should sit where, based on their room rate?

If you are looking for a warm welcome, embracing staff, peaceful location and food from out of this world, this is the place to go! Not to forget the sauna and relax zone! Everybody really cares about your well-being and comfort. The view from the pool does not let you swim.
On occassions the road was busier than we expected. It only matters for the rooms facing the street. But it is balanced by all other aspects of the stay.

Room equipment, no possibility to make coffee / tea in the room, a bit old bathroom, could be refreshed.

Wellness is beautiful and spacious, the view is amazing from the pool and the sunbathing terace. The dinner is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
