Great garden, tennis courts, games room, bike storage in garage, good beds, clean, friendly staff. Great location just next to the adventure bath, which is included in the summer card.

Pleasant accommodation in a nice location. the information for the Schladming card was provided to us automatically. the cards were also issued to us immediately upon arrival. Overall, the accommodation corresponded to what is published in the offer.
We missed tablets for the dishwasher as well as things for washing dishes, which we automatically expect from a 4-star facility. The towels had a little bit of their useful life behind them.

The apartment was nice and big, very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and nothing was missing. But the best feature was the spa and other facilities in the basement. Two saunas, infra sauna, steam bath, places to chill out, everything big and comfortable, opened whole day. Plus billiard, table tennis, and table football. Absolutely amazing! The host was also super friendly but not intrusive, they offered us bathrobes for free, and showed us everything.
The weather, but that's not the problem of accommodation ;-)

We booked for 2 nights and stayed for 5 nights.
The apartment was big with all required facilities. We were staying on the ground floor and had direct access to the beautiful garden and great view. Our son enjoyed the football court and played a lot there.
The hosts were very nice and very attentive to all needs, always smiling and asking if we need any help or anything.
We got the sommercard of the area without even asking and it was great to you for lifts and attractions in the area.
SPAR and great bakery is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and the high road is with easy approach.
We definitely will return to stay there!

Spacious apt with plenty of light, nice balcony facing mountains and ski hill, well equipped kitchen, all very clean, located in a quiet location yet close to grocery store and city centre and to gondola up to Planai, plenty of parking space. Owner nice and helpful, and free Sommercard allowed us to ride up free of charge up to Planai and also up to Dachstein.

Ideal location. Family that run the hotel are excellent. Bedrooms very comfortable, location is very near town centre. The rest of the accommodation is clean and well maintained. We had a lovely little balcony and the kitchen dining room was great as well.
