The apartament is spacious, it is fully equipped.
We had a 4 month baby with us and they provided a nice crib for the baby.
Close to all the restaurants but also quiet.
The walk to the Planai gondola is not too long (at least wearing snowboard boots, maybe for skiers is a bit harder to do ito fully equipped).

The apartment was big, spacious and very clean, the kitchen well equipped. We appreciated the dishwasher. The SommerCard was awesome. Shops are located 7 min walk. Bakery 3 min distance . Really awesome view. Central location.
It is not negative maybe a recommendation. Would be awesome to have some info about the towel changing possibility or how we can ask for fresh ones.
Also the garbage selection is maybe not so explicit. Down at the main garbage collectors were full since we arrived and everybody was leaving everything near the collectors. The organic waist the plastic the bottles, the biological waist, everything was there on the floor because of small collectors.

Great location! Everything was so close- The supermarket, the pub, the shops, the pharmacy. You can park your car in a private car park ( about 200m across the street)and just walk around.
Everything about the apartment was perfect. Clean and spacious apartment, very-well equipped kitchen, big bathroom, and big rooms.
In the basement there was a room for bikes.

Spacious, well-equipped, bike storage. Nice terrace. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. Amazing location. Sound proof from the street, neighbors and corridor. Good curtains to ensure darkness in bedrooms. Space to load/unload the car. Summer card included in 2024.
Parking was a bit stressful once - requires all Guests to be considerate of each other, good parking skills and a driver that’s not obese :)

Everything was excellent about the appartment. Very good location, in the center, but not in a noisy area, spatious, comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen, comfy atmosphere. It it very important that a privat parking was provided closeby free of charge. Schadming has so much to offer and the fact that you receive a Sommer card from the proprety helps you enjoy the attractions.
