locations is perfect, 100m from Planai station, in a circle of 200m u have all what u need...from restaurants over food and cosmetic stores, perfect location for skiing and Party if needed, Downtown 200m away, 100m - several places to rent ski

Excellent location, our room was spacious with plenty of living area. Very clean and tidy, good kitchen and cleaning facilities. We stayed in the 2 room apartment, adequate clothes storage.
We also rented the attic room for 4 people, this was a little small with limited storage space.

The location of the apartments is perfect if you want to reach the lift or the center quickly.
Keys and access codes are provided in an envelope and no time is wasted at a reception.
There are charging stations in the parking lot, which only serve to scam non-attentive visitors. A price of 90 cents per minute is charged and not even the full 11kw charging capacity is provided. A full charge of my car would have cost ~350€ on site. For comparison, we pay 35€ at the highway.
btw.. Only the third charging process worked on site. For the first two, however, a basic cost of €3.60 was still charged.
Room service was pretty much forced on us. The cleaning staff pretended not to speak German or English.
There was apparently a wasp nest next to the balcony, so it was not possible to use the balcony or ventilate the kitchen.
The furnishings in the apartment seemed rather old instead of modern as described on the website.
The price charged for parking spaces and dogs seemed very exaggerated to us.

The location is super central and the property was newly renovated. The spa facilities were great. The staff at reception was very helpful and friendly. We had a mountain view room with a cute balcony and the property also offers summercard.

Everything was close. Great stay if you're planning to ride bikes in Schladming. Lovely bike storage + garage. Balcony with the view and saunas etc. We also had early check in so that was perfect.
Pricing is a bit high for what you get but due to late reservation it's normal I would say.

Perfect location very close to the Planai gondola, shops, restaurants etc. in the pleasant town of Schladming. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The building has a sleek contemporary look and feel and has a new sauna facility. Staff and owners are friendly and very helpful.
The property id adjoining a bus station and large parking lot. It does not really bother much, but it is not very scenic when sitting on the balcony. Nevertheless Mountain View is all around.
