My wife and I visited this hotel for the 3rd time now, and it did not disappoint yet again.
Spacious rooms, with fully equipped kitchen, and an amazing view for Schladming and the mountains in the background.

Comfortable hotel that's perfect for family with 2 kids. There is a pool that the family can use after skiing. Our room was spacious and the kitchen was a good size for cooking with ease.
There was not a lot of snow around the hotel area, so it's a bit of a walk to get to the lifts. I wouldn't say it was ski in and ski out. It was a short drive to the lifts though.

Apt was spacious, kitchen well equipped, beautiful view however we got one aimed to mountains.
Fitness was new with all needed for a morning workout and pool open from 7.00 to 22.00 which was amazing.
It was 15min walk to centre of Schladming.
Couch bed could be better but overall not an issue.

The room size is gigantic , the facilities are in excellent condition, parking lot is nearby and even though it’s in an exclusive location , the town is nearby. The manager Mark was very supportive and a defenite yes for the daily bread orders

Nice hotel,comftarable beds.we stayed one night so it was good.
There was a pool that was open on the first week of October we didn’t try it.one bathroom with only shower and separate room with toilet.

The hotel is beautifully located on the mountain, offering very nice views all around. we enjoy a variety of facilities, including an indoor swimming pool kids loved it open until 23:00 !!!, snooker, a gym, and a ping pong table indoor. The rooms are bigs , very clean, and come with fully equipped kitchens ! , making them ideal for both short and long stays. There is also a laundry room available in the hotel for added convenience.
Within just a 5-minute drive , you’ll find shops, a supermarket, and cozy coffee shops. The surrounding area is picturesque and perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers who want to relax and explore. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

Beautiful and spacious rooms.
In addition to the deposit, did I have to pay a separate tourist tax? Or did I not understand what this additional amount was that was also required. Wouldn't it be reasonable to include it in the price?
The pool water was extremely cold and many children could not use the sauna, as it was allowed from the age of 16. People went to warm themselves up in the hot shower in the meantime. Recommendation - maybe it would be worth considering using the sauna for children as well and changing the sauna rules, where clothes could be left on?? Shouldn't there be a requirement to only use the sauna naked in a place like this? It was an unpleasant surprise.
