Good location for visiting Vienna, quiet surroundings, though no scenic views. The staff was very polite and friendly.
The hotel is very old and everything feels quite worn. It’s rather dark inside, and the bathroom was very small. One part of the bed creaked so much it woke me up whenever I changed position. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it didn’t work. This might have been acceptable if the price had been lower.

Nice room.
Not enough soundproofing from hallway and other rooms. Noise from probably laundry machine/dryer. Restaurant closed in sunday, also restaurant not opened whole afternoon and evening.

It was clean and comfortable
When booking on booking.com I wanted a hotel with a restaurant , after being on the road for 12 hours my husband and I was hungry, however the restaurant at this hotel was closed on a Friday, but that information was not disclosed before hand. Also no reception we had to call someone to get a code for the door and find our room not the messing about you want really, can’t beat person to person

We used this hotel while travelling through Austria to split a longer journey and chose it because it was relatively close to the freeway. As such, the location is not close to the town center, but pretty remote in a residential area at the town margin, nice and quiet. The room was nice and clean, and we slept well. Breakfast is served early and the choice and quality of foods is very good. We were very surprised to find such a fine restaurant attached to the hotel, with very knowledgeable and friendly staff and excellent gourmet meals, as well as more traditional choices. The foods and drinks were truly remarkable, and the waiter was very skilled and amiable. The restaurant inside is traditionally pleasant, and there is also a large terrace outside, nicely shaded in summer. Definitely worth visiting just for the restaurant alone, even if you don't intend to stay overnight.

Perfect, family-run hotel. We arrived late, but with clear instructions, check-in was smooth. It’s quiet, close to the highway, with parking space right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was really good.
