Very nice place, about 15 minute walking to the center of salzburg. The equiptment in the house was very good and very clean.
No air conditioning in summer but there are few dyson fans in the house

There are several apartments in this building that share a common entrance. The unique door code for our apartment also gained us entry into the entrance. Our unit was "Mirabel 3" and it was fantastic for us. Spacious, very modern in dcor and appliances, big bathroom and large shower stall with excellent water pressure. This was a perfect base for us for our stay in Salzburg. Once we parked our car in the on-site space we never moved it until it was time to drive on to Vienna. It was an easy walk to get to the city center by walking through one of the two pedestrian tunnels. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby (we had a fantastic meal at Osteria Cavalli) as well as a small convenience store just steps away. This is a Green Building which as no air conditioning but we did not need it for the room was very comfortable. The stop for the city bus lines was just steps away, too. Just another reason that we did not need to use our car during our stay.
The bed was a little soft for our liking, but because we were walking around town so much we slept very well anyway.

the apartment is big ,cozy and modern at same time ,, easy check-in you get one password for everything,, parking is available location is in quite area near grocery many restaurants, you can go to Salzburg city center 17 min walking or by bus 5 min
the bed quilt is very small cannot cover my whole body ,, may be this is common in Europe but this can improved also the shower only has fixed showerhead on top no handheld showerhead which I find important for showring and proper cleaning

The property was very spacious and clean, we loved the view and the sky lights that allowed for natural light, The Kitchen was well equipped and we had the penthouse apartment at the top which gave us a lovely view of the mountain. The bathroom with bath tub was great and the bench space and washing machine helped as we were travelling for some time. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
The only thing that was a little concerning was there was no lift to access the top floor. We were travelling long distance with 3 large check in bags and 3 carry ons with a total of about 120kg between the 3 of us which was very difficult to carry up the stairs, due to the bulky luggage.

The door codes for the main door and apartment door worked perfectly; no losing keys! The building is old and charming with very thick walls and beautifully updated with lovely windows and modern Ikea furnishing. Convenient small kitchen, quite adequate for two people. Ground floor apartment has access to the enclosed terrace and garden. Looking down the street you can see a beautiful mountain!

excellent location, nicely decorated apartment with everything you need for a longer stay, we were on the ground floor with a garden - garden furniture, secured parking which means a lot, friendly owners with excellent explanations about self-check-in. For recommendation, we felt at home..
The shower only has rain, it is not possible to run the water differently, which is the first time in our life that we have seen that there is no other option, which is a big problem, especially for women with long hair, because the protective caps that were offered to us cannot even cover a third and there is no nor bide. The bed is very soft. There is also a parasol missing in the garden because you cannot sit in the sun in the morning and during the day and the meaning of the garden is lost for enjoyment..

Amazing appartment, fully equipped, well located, within walking distance to the city centre, quite zone, many things were automated, unfortunatelly we couldn't enjoy the full experience the location provided.
The extra pet fee was 30EUR/night/pet, was unexpected.

Excellent location and neat and clean apartment with all amenities.. the highlight was accessibility to terrace and a balcony outside window.. the apartment had ample amount of light and ventilation and a very positive vibe..

The apartment was very modern, spacious and clean. We stayed in the apartment that was in the basement although you didnt feel like you were in the basement. The were free washers and dryers for our use which was a plus. Location was not far from the city center and that is what we wanted. Bus route to the center was on the next corner off needed. Parking was free on the premises if you could get one of the three spots, which we did.
